Проєкт передбачає проведення капітального ремонту будинку культури, що перебуває в незадовільному стані, з подальшим його облаштуванням під сучасний ветеранський простір. Реалізація проекту дозволить створити доступне та комфортне місце для соціальної адаптації, психологічної підтримки, дозвілля та розвитку ветеранів і членів їхніх сімей. Ветеранський простір стане осередком культурного та громадського життя, сприятиме інтеграції ветеранів у громаду та зміцненню соціальної згуртованості.

The purpose of the project is to increase the level of fire safety of the general secondary education institution of Medzhybizh TG by installing a fire alarm system, fire notification and transmission of alarm notifications in the building of the Medzhybizh lyceum. The implementation of the project will allow: to ensure timely detection of signs of fire and automatic generation of an alarm signal; to promptly notify students, teaching staff and employees of the institution about the occurrence of a fire, which will contribute to quick and safe evacuation; to ensure automatic transmission of alarm notifications to the relevant response services to reduce the time of arrival of rescuers; to increase the level of fire safety of the lyceum building and create safe conditions for learning and work; to minimize risks to the life and health of students and employees, as well as reduce possible material damage in the event of a fire. to guarantee a high level of safety for participants in the educational process, ensuring that the facilities comply with modern fire safety norms and standards.

The goal of the project is to create a modern physics laboratory at the Goloskovskiy Lyceum to ensure high-quality teaching of natural sciences in accordance with the standards of the New Ukrainian School.

Currently, the educational premises used for teaching physics require renovation, and the existing laboratory and demonstration equipment is partially outdated or insufficient. This limits the possibilities of conducting full-fledged laboratory and practical classes and complicates the implementation of modern teaching methods.

The goal of the project is expected to be achieved by renovating the premises and purchasing modern educational and laboratory equipment. The renovation of the premises is planned to be carried out at the expense of the local budget, which will allow creating appropriate conditions for arranging a physics laboratory. The project also provides for the purchase of a digital measuring computer complex, educational laboratory sets for studying the main sections of physics, demonstration models and other equipment for conducting experimental research.

As a result of the project, a modern educational space will be created - a physical laboratory, which will improve learning conditions, improve the quality of teaching natural sciences, and expand students' access to modern educational and laboratory equipment. This will contribute to the development of their research competencies and increase the efficiency of the educational process.

Ensuring sustainable spatial and socio-economic development of the village of Trebukhovtsi, Medzhybizh TG by restoring the transport and operational indicators of Hryhoriia Yarusha Street.
Carrying out major repairs of 2.5 km of road surface with bringing its parameters to the regulatory requirements of DBN V.2.3-5:2018 "Streets and roads of settlements" (restoration of evenness, roughness and bearing capacity).
Eliminating infrastructure inequality and ensuring guaranteed access of residents to basic public services (medicine, education, administrative services) regardless of weather conditions.
Minimizing the risks of road accidents caused by the unsatisfactory condition of the road surface and ensuring pedestrian safety.
To achieve the set goal, a set of technical and organizational measures will be applied: organizational and legal measures (development of a road construction plan, holding a tender); technical (construction) measures (preparatory work, excavation and foundation construction, pavement construction, drainage, landscaping measures).
The existing gap between the current and target state is characterized as critical. Without the implementation of the project, further operation of the road will lead to its complete impassability, which will cause transport isolation of households on Hryhoriya Yarusha Street and will require significantly larger capital investments in the future to restore it from the "zero cycle".

To ensure 100% coverage of Medzhybizh TG with high-quality and uninterrupted services for the collection and removal of solid waste by updating the fleet of special equipment of the KP "Dobrobut" (purchase of a modern garbage truck). The implementation of the project will minimize emergency stops in the work of the sanitary cleaning service and ensure compliance with environmental standards in the community.

The goal of the project is to increase the level of compliance of educational institutions of the Medzhybizh community with modern state standards within the framework of the implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" reform and ensuring a high-quality educational process. This is planned to be achieved by purchasing and installing modern material and technical equipment, in particular interactive panels, laptops, multimedia tools and didactic materials, which will allow integrating digital technologies into the educational process and providing teachers with the necessary tools for implementing a competency-based approach. Currently, the material and technical base of community institutions is partially outdated and does not fully meet the requirements of state standards, which creates a gap between the current state and the target level. The implementation of the project will allow eliminating this gap, improving the quality of educational services, ensuring equal access of students to modern resources and timely preparing educational institutions for the implementation of the National School System in 9th grades from the next academic year.

To achieve this goal, it is planned to implement a set of measures: major repairs of the roof and facade, replacement of windows and doors, modernization of engineering networks (heating, electricity, water supply and sewage), reconstruction of internal premises, arrangement of a barrier-free environment and improvement of the surrounding area.

The gap between the current state and the planned result is that today the building is in a state of emergency, is not operated for its intended purpose, does not provide safe conditions for visitors and does not meet the requirements of inclusion. The implementation of the project will eliminate these limitations, restore the functionality of the facility and turn it into a modern public space for the entire community.

The purpose of the public investment project is to meet the growing demand for organized transportation of students and pupils to secondary education institutions in the Medzhybizh territorial community by purchasing modern school buses of the models "Ataman D093S4" and/or "Etalon A08116Sh". An additional goal is to ensure inclusiveness and equality of opportunities for all students, regardless of their place of residence, by creating safe and comfortable conditions for access to education.

Currently, the community operates 7 school buses that provide transportation for students and pupils from various settlements. This fleet currently meets basic needs, however, taking into account the planned optimization of the network of educational institutions, the situation may change significantly. It is expected that as a result of the expansion of the school network, the number of students who will need transportation will increase, and the existing vehicles will not be able to fully cover the new routes and the growing passenger flow.

The purchase of additional buses will allow the community to adapt to these changes in a timely manner, avoid the risks of transport shortages, ensure regular and safe transportation for all students, and achieve the target level of 100% transportation coverage in the new conditions of the functioning of the education network.

Modernization to meet modern standards through major repairs of the leaking roof of the public building of the general practice family medicine outpatient clinic. To achieve the project goal, it is planned to: - replace the rafter system, - replace the roof from asbestos-cement corrugated sheets with metal profiled sheets.

Construction of a new modular boiler room for heating a general family medicine outpatient clinic, achieving energy efficiency compared to other types of heating, taking into account the territorial location of the general family medicine outpatient clinic.

The reconstruction of a public building into a general practice-family medicine outpatient clinic is carried out with the aim of expanding the capable network of primary health care provision in the Medzhybizh community by creating a new general practice-family medicine outpatient clinic, meeting the population's requests for primary health care services, and bringing quality medical care closer to the rural population (including IDPs) of villages remote from existing general practice family medicine outpatient clinics in the community. Methods of achievement: reconstruction of the existing building in compliance with all modern construction and social standards defined for healthcare institutions, inclusion of the new outpatient clinic in a capable network of primary health care provision.

To achieve the project goal, it is planned to:
-carry out major repairs to the cultural center with the replacement of worn-out structures and engineering networks;
-implement energy-efficient measures (insulation, replacement of windows and doors, modernization of the heating and lighting system);
-arrange the building taking into account the principles of barrier-free access (ramps, accessible bathrooms, comfortable interior spaces for low-mobility groups);
-create functional spaces for training, meetings, leisure, cultural and sports events;
-provide the space with modern equipment and furniture for organizing educational programs, psychological support and social events;
-involve local public organizations and veterans themselves in shaping the activities of the space.
