Project goal: Project Goal The main goal of the project is to completely overcome the transport isolation of children with special educational needs by creating a barrier-free chain between the place of residence and the educational institution. The project is aimed at ensuring equal starting opportunities for each student, regardless of their physical condition, which allows them to realize the right to quality full-time education, socialization in the team and access to specialized assistance from psychologists and speech therapists who work directly in the inclusive space of the lyceum.

Methods of achieving the goal The goal is achieved through direct investment in the renewal of the community's vehicle fleet with a specialized transport unit that is technically adapted for transporting people with reduced mobility. The chosen path involves conducting open competitive bidding to select a supplier of a certified bus equipped with a mechanized lift and wheelchair stabilization systems. In parallel with the procurement, an organizational algorithm is being implemented, which includes the development of optimized "door-to-door" routes, where the child's time on the road is minimized, as well as training staff in the rules for operating auxiliary equipment and providing accompanying assistance.
