Project goal: The purpose of the project is to improve the technical condition and energy efficiency of the administrative building of the Starosynyavska Village Council by insulating the facade, repairing the roof and performing other necessary repair work. The implementation of the measures will allow to eliminate existing defects in the building, reduce heat consumption and maintenance costs. The existing gap lies in the unsatisfactory technical and energy-efficient condition of individual structural elements of the building, which do not meet modern requirements
