Project goal: Rehabilitation and improvement of transport infrastructure to ensure reliable and safe connections between facilities, reduce transportation costs, reduce travel times, and improve overall traffic safety and quality of life for residents, through complete reconstruction of road surfaces and engineering elements, rather than just repairing minor damage as in current repairs. The way to achieve this is a transparent process through the DREAM platform, which includes project financing.
