Project goal: The project's goal is to modernize the local centralized alert system to meet modern civil protection standards. The current system has limited coverage and outdated equipment, which creates risks of untimely informing the population. The implementation includes overhauling 47 facilities, installing modern broadcast units and GSM devices, integrating with the territorial system, and providing backup power. This will allow covering more than 18 thousand residents of the community with civil protection signals and increasing the level of security
