Project goal: The aim of the project is to modernize the ASC building to create a modern, energy-efficient and comfortable service space through comprehensive thermal modernization of the external contour of the building. The implementation of the project will eliminate excessive heat loss, ensure a stable temperature regime, proper conditions for the operation of digital equipment, and improve the quality and continuity of administrative services for over 15,500 visitors each year.
