Project goal: The public investment project is aimed at the comprehensive modernization and development of the heat supply system of the Slavutysk urban territorial community in order to increase its reliability, energy efficiency, sustainability and quality of service provision to consumers. The project provides for a phased renewal of the community's heat-generating and heat network infrastructure facilities in accordance with their technical condition, priority and needs of the heat supply system. The measures may include reconstruction and modernization of existing boiler houses, replacement of outdated boiler and auxiliary equipment, installation of modern modular boiler houses, modernization of automation, metering and control systems, as well as the implementation of other technical solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of heat energy production. A separate direction of the project is the modernization of heat networks, in particular, the phased replacement of physically worn sections of pipelines with modern pre-insulated pipelines, reduction of technological losses of heat energy during its transportation and increasing the reliability of heat supply to consumers. The project also provides for the possibility of conducting energy and technical surveys of facilities and technological processes, analyzing the actual consumption of energy resources, identifying the main sources of losses and preparing technically and economically justified measures for further modernization of the system. The implementation of the PIP will be carried out in stages by implementing individual interconnected components at the community's heat supply facilities. The list of measures may be specified and supplemented in accordance with the results of technical surveys, design decisions, identified priorities and available sources of financing. The expected results of the project implementation are increasing the reliability and continuity of heat supply, reducing technological losses and specific energy consumption, reducing operating costs, improving the technical condition of heat supply facilities and forming a more energy-efficient and sustainable system for providing community consumers with heat energy.
