Project goal: The purpose of the creation is to increase the level of public safety and public order, ensure proper monitoring of the situation at important community facilities, facilities for improvement and communal services, strengthen road safety, prevent crime, increase the efficiency, quality and reliability of information received by services that ensure community safety, for an appropriate rapid response. The system is being created to ensure law and order, control traffic flows, and respond promptly to emergencies. The goal is to be achieved by deploying a network of video surveillance cameras at intersections, in public places and facilities for improvement and communal services, implementing analytical software for processing video data, creating a modern situational center as a single point of monitoring and management, and integrating the system with the work of emergency and law enforcement services.
