Project goal: The purpose of the project "New construction of Lisohrynivetska Street (from Stepana Bandera Street to Starokostyantynivskoho Highway)" is to develop the engineering and transport infrastructure of Khmelnytskyi, ensure sustainable transport connections of the Ozerna microdistrict with the main highways of the city, increase the capacity of the street and road network and the level of road safety. The need to implement the project is due to the intensive residential development of the microdistrict, population growth and a significant increase in traffic flows, which leads to congestion of existing streets, complication of transport connections and a decrease in the quality of transport service.
