Project goal: The goal of the project is to increase the accessibility, quality and safety of specialized medical care by updating and re-equipping the material and technical base of the Dunayevets Multi-Profile Hospital with modern high-tech medical and diagnostic, laboratory, surgical and resuscitation equipment in accordance with the requirements of the equipment list and specifications of the National Health Service of Ukraine. Today, the level of equipment of the institution is about 70%, which does not ensure full compliance with the requirements of the National Health Service of Ukraine and modern standards for the provision of specialized medical care. Some of the equipment is morally and physically outdated, certain types of high-tech diagnostics and minimally invasive interventions are absent or are performed in a limited volume. This leads to the need to refer patients to health care facilities in other communities and the regional level, increased waiting times for medical care, additional financial costs for patients and reduced availability of quality medical services for residents of the Dunayevets urban-territorial community and adjacent territories. To achieve the set goal, the project provides for the phased acquisition, installation and commissioning of modern endoscopic, ultrasound, laboratory, surgical and resuscitation equipment, in particular a video bronchoscope, video colonoscope, video hysteroscope, arthroscope, video laryngoscope, portable ultrasound device, transurethral resectoscope, operating table, operating light, ECG and blood pressure holters, bacteriological analyzer, patient monitors and syringe pumps. At the same time, the equipment will be installed, put into operation, trained medical staff and integrated into the treatment and diagnostic process. The implementation of the project will allow increasing the level of hospital equipment to 100% in accordance with the requirements of the National Health Insurance Fund, expand the list of medical services, increase the number of patients who will receive specialized care at their place of residence, improve the quality of diagnostics and treatment, reduce the number of referrals to other healthcare institutions and increase the efficiency of using budget funds. The project will also contribute to strengthening the capacity of the hospital cluster and implementing task 3.1.1 of the Development Strategy of the Dunayevets Urban Territorial Community to improve the accessibility and quality of medical care.
