Project goal: The route connects key community facilities — the ASC, polyclinic No. 2, bus station (suburban), public transport stops and public space (the largest park in the city) and passes through the busiest part of the settlement, which residents use daily. The average daily passenger flow of the selected route is over 33,000 people. The existing pedestrian and transport infrastructure does not fully meet the requirements of barrier-free access, so the route is formed as the most socially significant direction, providing access to basic administrative, medical and social services.
The route is used daily by residents of the community villages who arrive in the city to the bus station, students, employees and visitors to institutions, patients, public transport passengers, families with children. After the arrangement, it is expected to increase pedestrian activity and improve the accessibility of the space for veterans, people with disabilities, the elderly, parents with strollers and children of school and preschool age.
