Project goal: The goal of the project is to provide the Starosynyavskyi Primary Health Care Center of the Starosynyavskyi Village Council with an appropriate vehicle to perform official tasks and increase the availability of primary health care for the community population. The goal is to achieve this by purchasing a car that will be used for medical workers to visit patients, including those who, due to their health, age or other circumstances, are unable to visit a health care facility on their own, as well as to serve residents of remote settlements in the community. The current level of transport does not fully meet the needs of the facility and the scope of tasks related to providing medical care in the community. The lack of sufficient transport resources may limit the efficiency of medical workers' visits and create additional difficulties in ensuring access to medical services for certain categories of the population. Purchasing a car will increase the mobility of medical personnel, reduce the time for organizing visits, improve patient service at their place of residence, and ensure more equal access for community residents to primary health care.
