Project goal: The technological equipment of the catering unit has not been updated for the past 30 years and does not allow the use of modern cooking technologies and ensuring compliance with the principles of the system of analysis of hazardous factors and control at critical points. The purchase of equipment will make it possible to update the technological equipment and improve food safety conditions in the institution.
