Project goal: The purpose of the public investment project "Purchase of a school bus for quality education - schools" is to create appropriate conditions to ensure equal access of children to quality education by organizing safe, regular and comfortable transportation of students and teaching staff of secondary education institutions of the Poninkivka territorial community. Ways to achieve the goal:
- purchase of a new modern school bus that meets state standards of safety, comfort and environmental requirements;
- organization of permanent routes for transporting students from remote settlements (Burtyn, Lodzianivka, Lisne, Novaky, Zalissya) to the main Poninkivka Lyceum and its branches;
- ensuring transport accessibility for children with special educational needs;
- increasing the efficiency of the educational process by reducing tardiness, missed classes and transport risks.
Today, the Poninkivska territorial community has no school bus, which makes it impossible to organize transportation of children to their place of study. Students from remote settlements are forced to cover long distances on foot or use private transport, which is dangerous, unstable and financially burdensome for families. This leads to a decrease in attendance, a violation of the equality of conditions for obtaining education and a decrease in the availability of educational services.
The planned result is that providing the community with its own school bus will allow organizing safe and systematic transportation of more than 200 children, creating comfortable conditions for the educational process, increasing the level of educational services and contributing to the implementation of state policy in the field of accessible and high-quality education.
