Project goal: The purpose of the project is to reconstruct the club-dining room building of the institution with the implementation of energy efficiency measures to ensure living conditions, food, and leisure while maintaining seasonal health-improving functionality. The goal is achieved by modernizing the building, updating technological and engineering systems, equipping a catering unit for 350 people, creating gyms and rehabilitation rooms, organizing shelters for 370 people, as well as arranging flows, premises, and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements. The need for the project is due to a significant gap between the current technical condition of the building and the need for a safe, inclusive, and functionally suitable infrastructure to accommodate and support the population in conditions of military challenges.
