Project goal: The purpose of the project is to modernize the building to bring it into line with modern standards for administrative premises. Methods of achievement: optimization of the layout of the premises for the effective work of staff and the convenience of visitors (modernization of engineering systems (heating, ventilation, lighting) using energy-efficient technologies; ensuring safety and accessibility for people with disabilities); updating the facade and interior spaces in accordance with modern standards. Justification of the gap: the current building is outdated, has limited functionality, low energy efficiency and is not safe enough. The project will bring the building to a modern state, improve the comfort and efficiency of the department, and also ensure the proper level of service to citizens.
