Project goal: The project's goal is to provide proper technical, engineering and operational conditions for servicing the enterprise's modern rolling stock by reconstructing part of the main building of the DEPOT and modernizing its internal infrastructure. This goal is expected to be achieved by updating physically and morally outdated premises, improving the technical condition of the building, replacing worn-out structural elements, modernizing engineering networks, installing modern equipment and creating safe and comfortable working conditions for personnel.

The current condition of production premises, engineering networks and equipment does not meet the requirements for servicing modern vehicles, which leads to an increase in the duration of repair operations, increased operating costs, limiting the efficiency of personnel work and reducing the service life of rolling stock. The target level provides for the building's compliance with technical standards necessary for high-quality and prompt repairs, reducing transport downtime, optimizing energy consumption and ensuring accessibility for all categories of users.

The existing gap between the current and target state consists of physical wear and tear of premises and networks, lack of modern ventilation, heating, electricity and water supply systems, insufficient level of equipment and non-compliance of working conditions with modern requirements. The implementation of the project will allow to eliminate this gap through comprehensive reconstruction, which will ensure the effective use of the updated infrastructure for the needs of the enterprise and improve the quality of transport services to the city's residents.
