Project goal: The goal of the project is to create a modern, safe, and multifunctional cultural and educational space for the community through a comprehensive overhaul of the cinema building, the roof of the art school, and the equipment of the auditorium of the city center for cultural and artistic initiatives, which will improve children's learning conditions, preserve the infrastructure of institutions, and expand the population's access to cultural and artistic services.
