Project goal: The goal of the project is to create a modern, safe and functional infrastructure for the development of Olympic sports, ensuring proper conditions for the educational and training process, training athletes and holding regional and all-Ukrainian sports competitions in the Slavutysk urban territorial community. The goal is to be achieved through comprehensive development and modernization of the sports infrastructure of the Youth Sports School, in particular, reconstruction of existing sports facilities, renovation of sports surfaces, arrangement of necessary sports grounds and sectors, improvement of engineering infrastructure, creation of proper sanitary and household and auxiliary conditions, as well as implementation of other interrelated measures determined by the components of the PIP. The existing gap between the current state and the target level lies in the inconsistency of the existing material and technical base with modern requirements for sports infrastructure and the needs of the educational and training process. The current state of the sports core of the Youth Sports School does not provide proper conditions for the full training of athletes and the holding of a significant part of sports competitions, and some elements of the infrastructure require reconstruction and technological renewal. The project should ensure the transition from a physically and functionally outdated sports infrastructure to a modern material and technical base capable of meeting the needs of the community in the development of Olympic sports and the training of athletes.
