Project goal: The project is aimed at creating a full-fledged security infrastructure capable of providing the community with operational assistance in cases of fires, man-made accidents, emergencies and events that threaten people's lives and health.
The goal is to reduce response time, reduce the number of threats and material losses, as well as create conditions for coordinating all security services in one place.
Ways to achieve the goal
construction of a new Citizen Security Center in the central part of the village of Solobkivtsi;
creation and equipping of the local fire brigade (MPK) with modern equipment and special equipment;
arrangement of premises for a police inspector and a public safety coordination point;
arrangement of garage boxes for a fire engine and municipal equipment;
construction of a fire tank, external networks and engineering infrastructure;
creation of a system for notifying the population about emergencies;
ensuring the improvement of the territory for the convenience and safety of movement;
implementation of inclusive measures (parking spaces, accessible routes).
Justification of the gap between the current state and the target level
The Solobkovets community does not have its own fire and rescue unit, and the arrival time of existing services from neighboring communities often exceeds the standard 20 minutes. Fires, road accidents and man-made events are regularly recorded in the community, there is a high fire hazard due to forest areas and terrain.
The target result is:
ensuring the arrival time of rescuers to 10–20 minutes;
24-hour duty of trained personnel;
full functioning of the fire and rescue, police and utility units in a single location;
reduction of the number of emergency events and losses from them.
