Project goal: The goal of the project is to ensure high-quality and safe nutrition for students through comprehensive modernization of catering units of educational institutions of the Slavutysk urban territorial community. The goal is to be achieved by carrying out major repairs to the premises of catering units, updating and modernization of engineering networks, improving the functional zoning of premises, creating appropriate conditions for receiving, storing, preparing and cooking food, as well as ensuring the possibility of using modern technological equipment. The implementation of the project will allow bringing the catering units into line with modern sanitary and hygienic, technological and safety requirements, increasing the efficiency of catering and improving the working conditions of employees. The goal will be assessed by the results of the completion of planned repairs, the number of modernized catering units, improving their material and technical condition and the number of students who will have access to improved conditions for organized catering. As a result of the project, an appropriate infrastructure will be created to organize high-quality, safe, and nutritious meals for students, which will contribute to the formation of a modern and safe educational environment in community educational institutions.
