Project goal: Indicators of goal achievement. 1. Creation of an inclusive transport service (one car meets the requirements of barrier-free; 8-12 people per month will be able to use the service; 150-200 trips per year). 2. Increasing access to vital services (70-80% of users will be able to receive medical and social services without passes due to the lack of transport, which will result in at least 50% of trips to medical institutions, at least 20% to social services/rehabilitation; up to 10% participation in public and cultural life). 3. Reduction of social isolation (increase in the level of participation in public life by 30-40% among users; users will be able to attend at least 2 events per month thanks to transport). 4. Increasing equality of opportunities in villages (up to 60% of trips; reduction of travel time to services from 1-2 hours to 20-40 minutes). 5. Improving the quality of social services (100% of users can plan trips in advance; average waiting time for a car is no more than 15-30 minutes compared to the agreed time; 0 cases of refusal due to lack of available transport (or less than 5% in case of force majeure)
