Major renovation of the building of the Stavnytsia branch of the Medzhybizh Lyceum
The purpose of the project is to modernize the Stavnytsia branch of the Medzhybizh Lyceum to ensure its compliance with modern educational, sanitary, fire-fighting and energy-efficient standards. This will create a safe, inclusive and comfortable environment for 320 students, teachers and the community, as well as prepare the institution to perform the functions of a supporting institution of basic secondary education in accordance with the NUSh reform.
Achieving the goal involves major renovation of premises with an area of 1307.0 m², including insulation and renovation of the facade, replacement of the roof and drainage system, renovation of classrooms, corridors, bathrooms, and a sports/assembly hall. To ensure inclusivity, a ramp with an 8% slope will be equipped and a lift with a load capacity of 225 kg will be installed for access to the first and second floors.
The heating system is in satisfactory condition and suitable for further operation. It is planned to update other engineering systems - water supply, sewage and electrical networks to improve the safety and efficiency of the institution.
The project also includes landscaping the territory: dismantling the old asphalt covering with an area of 1840.0 m², paving with concrete paving slabs with an area of 2600.0 m² and landscaping the territory with a total area of 2780.0 m².
The implementation of the project will create a modern and safe educational space for the community.
Reconstruction of a public building for housing for large IDP families
Project goal:
Providing large families from among IDPs with proper living conditions by reconstructing the existing public building and adapting it to modern housing. The project is aimed at solving the housing problem of the most vulnerable categories of the population, integrating IDPs into the community and improving the social infrastructure of the territory.
The project involves carrying out general construction works (external and internal).
External works - roofing, lightning protection, facade decoration, installation of windows, energy efficiency measures, installation of blind areas and stairs.
Internal - electrical installation works, installation of a heating network, installation of a water supply and sewage network, installation of a fire alarm system.

Reconstruction of buildings of the Municipal Enterprise "Khmelnytskyi City Hospital" of the Khmelnytskyi City Council at the address: Golovchyntsi village, Khmelnytskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region, Novaya str., 14/2
Creation of an innovative center for psychological, psychiatric, social and medical rehabilitation for military personnel, veterans, their families, as well as families of prisoners of war and fallen heroes, aimed at improving the quality of life, full restoration of health and social reintegration.
Major repairs to the landscaping facility - arrangement of a public square on Naberezhna Street in the village of Medzhybizh, Khmelnytskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region

The implementation of the proposed project will save budget funds spent on the purchase of electricity, and will make it possible to fully provide a complex of services (social, psychological, medical, etc.) taking into account individual needs and creating conditions for recovery.
