💡Today, 16 July, a meeting of the Working Group on European Integration took place as part of the ‘Civic Linker – a digital platform for civic engagement in the field of European integration’ project

The event took place at Lyceum No. 1 named after Volodymyr Krasytskyi, attended by the team from the NGO ‘KPP “Code of the Nation”’, our technical partner Hexide Digital, the deputy head of the working group Sviatoslav Ratushniak, and Lilia Khomych, a representative of the Eastern Europe Foundation

Civic Linker is a digital ecosystem that will bring together public authorities and the public to accelerate European integration at a local level.

We have already begun the platform’s testing phase, and the first users will be pilot communities and organisations in the Khmelnytskyi region.

During the meeting, we also discussed other key issues relating to this stage of the project, such as:

- A presentation of the results of the platform’s development and UI/UX design;

- Architecture, scalability and data security;

- Approval of the methodology for assessing European integration processes and the institutional capacity of communities;

- Opportunities for further integration of the platform

📝 The Civic Linker architecture is designed to be scaled up to cover all communities across the country, ensuring that every region has an effective tool for development!

The Civic Linker platform is being developed by the NGO ‘Cultural and Educational Platform “Code of the Nation”’ with the support of the Act to Drive Change Acceleration Programme under the ‘Phoenix: The Power of Communities’ project, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation with funding from the European Union in Ukraine.
