The purpose of the public investment project to install lightning protection is to guarantee the safety of people's lives and health, prevent the destruction of buildings, minimize material damage from fires, and protect vulnerable equipment from direct lightning strikes and surges.

The purpose of the project is to increase the level of fire safety of the general secondary education institution of Medzhybizh TG by installing a fire alarm system, fire notification and transmission of alarm notifications in the building of the Medzhybizh lyceum. The implementation of the project will allow: to ensure timely detection of signs of fire and automatic generation of an alarm signal; to promptly notify students, teaching staff and employees of the institution about the occurrence of a fire, which will contribute to quick and safe evacuation; to ensure automatic transmission of alarm notifications to the relevant response services to reduce the time of arrival of rescuers; to increase the level of fire safety of the lyceum building and create safe conditions for learning and work; to minimize risks to the life and health of students and employees, as well as reduce possible material damage in the event of a fire. to guarantee a high level of safety for participants in the educational process, ensuring that the facilities comply with modern fire safety norms and standards.

The goal of the project is to create a modern department of comprehensive rehabilitation on the basis of the KU "Center for the Provision of Social Services" to ensure access of community residents to high-quality, barrier-free and comprehensive rehabilitation services aimed at restoring the physical, psychological and social functioning of persons in need of rehabilitation. Measures to achieve the goal: reconstruction of the premises taking into account modern building codes and accessibility requirements; implementation of a set of measures for thermal modernization of the building to increase energy efficiency and reduce operating costs; arrangement of barrier-free space for persons with disabilities and low-mobility population groups; creation and equipping of physical, psychological and social rehabilitation rooms; purchase of modern rehabilitation equipment; expansion of the list and improvement of the quality of social and rehabilitation services for community residents. Currently, there is no specialized department of comprehensive rehabilitation in the community that would meet modern standards for the provision of rehabilitation services. The existing premises require reconstruction and do not fully meet the requirements of energy efficiency, accessibility, and functional zoning for rehabilitation activities. At the same time, the need for rehabilitation services is constantly growing, especially among war veterans, military personnel, people with disabilities, the elderly, and citizens who need to recover from illnesses and injuries. Due to the lack of appropriate infrastructure, community residents are forced to turn to institutions in other communities and cities, which limits the availability of services and creates additional financial and time costs. The implementation of the project will allow to eliminate this gap by creating a modern rehabilitation space, ensuring proper conditions for the provision of services, and increasing the level of social support for the community population.

The purpose of the public investment project is to ensure the regulatory level of protection of the Poninkiv Lyceum building from direct lightning strikes and its secondary manifestations in order to preserve the life and health of students and employees of the educational institution, increase the level of technogenic and fire safety, as well as prevent damage to the building and engineering networks, which are the object of communal property of the community. Methods of achieving the goal. The achievement of the project goal is ensured by implementing a set of engineering and technical measures, namely the installation of an external lightning protection system of level III in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN 62305, which includes installation, installation of rod lightning rods to protect the roof of the building, laying current conductors on the facades of the building and the installation of a grounding circuit with regulatory resistance, as well as performing commissioning and control measurements. The goal of the project is to create proper, safe and comfortable conditions for recreation for residents and guests of the city. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to build a new bridge across the Horyn River, since the existing bridge was built in the 1980s and is unsafe for operation.

The goal of the project is to comprehensively improve the quality of educational services at the Sloboda-Rykhtovsky Lyceum by creating a modern educational space, i.e., equipping a chemistry room, which will ensure high-quality teaching of natural sciences, promote the development of STEM competencies, and increase students' motivation to study natural sciences. As a result of the project, conditions will be created that ensure practice-oriented, research-based, and competency-based learning, including the possibility of conducting full-fledged laboratory work; an accessible and comfortable space will be organized for each student, including those with special educational needs, thanks to ergonomic furniture, a safe environment, and adapted teaching aids; The material and technical base has been updated, which will allow organizing training in accordance with the requirements of the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education, the Typical List of Equipment and the principles of STEM education. Creation of a comfortable, technologically equipped space that contributes to the formation of key competencies, critical thinking, and the study of natural sciences through experimentation and interaction.

The goal of the project is to create a modern, safe and accessible X-ray and fluorography room on the basis of the Bilogirska Multidisciplinary Hospital by reconstructing the existing catering building, which will ensure an increase in the quality of medical services, early diagnosis of diseases and a decrease in the level of morbidity among the community population. Today, the hospital lacks proper conditions for conducting modern X-ray and fluorography examinations: the existing premises do not meet technical, sanitary and safety requirements, or are physically and morally outdated. In addition, the existing X-ray room is located at a distance from the main building of the hospital, which creates additional inconvenience for patients and medical staff, complicates logistics, especially for patients with limited mobility, and increases the time for providing medical services. This limits the possibility of high-quality and timely diagnostics, forces patients to contact other medical institutions, which reduces the availability of services. At the same time, the existing building of the catering unit is actually not used for its intended purpose or is used inefficiently, which creates the potential for its re-equipment for modern medical space. The implementation of the project will allow placing the X-ray examination room directly in a single complex with the hospital, which will significantly improve internal logistics, increase the efficiency of examinations and patient comfort. Thus, the project is aimed at overcoming the critical infrastructure and functional gap between the existing state of the medical infrastructure and modern standards for the provision of diagnostic services. To achieve the set goal, within the framework of the implementation of the public investment project, it is planned to: carry out reconstruction of the premises with redevelopment in accordance with the requirements for placing X-ray equipment; perform construction and repair work taking into account sanitary, fire and radiation standards; provide the premises with modern engineering networks (power supply, ventilation, protection against ionizing radiation, etc.); create conditions for the installation and effective functioning of modern diagnostic equipment; organization of barrier-free access for low-mobility population groups; optimization of internal logistics processes in the hospital, in particular by integrating diagnostic services into a single medical space.

Ensuring an adequate level of fire safety in the Bilogorsk Lyceum by installing modern automatic fire alarm, notification and evacuation management systems, which will allow for a timely response to emergencies, preserve the lives and health of participants in the educational process, and create safe conditions for learning.

The purpose of the project "New construction of parking lots for vehicles on Chornovola Street" is to create a modern and orderly infrastructure for parking vehicles, aimed at improving traffic organization, increasing the safety of road users and ensuring comfortable conditions for residents and guests of the community. The implementation of the project will reduce chaotic parking on the roadway and adjacent areas, improve the capacity of the street, and ensure proper access to social, commercial, and public infrastructure facilities. The project is also aimed at improving the level of landscaping of the territory by installing modern road surfaces, drainage systems, outdoor lighting, road markings, landscaping, and creating safe pedestrian zones. The social result of the project will be improved transportation and parking conditions for the population, reducing the risk of emergency situations, increasing the accessibility of the territory for people with limited mobility, and creating a more comfortable urban environment. The economic effect of the project will consist in the development of transport infrastructure, increasing the attractiveness of the area for businesses and residents, as well as in more efficient use of urban space.
