The purpose of the project is to create an effective system for the development of physical culture and sports in the Netishynsk urban territorial community, which will provide conditions for harmonious upbringing, physical development, active recreation of boys and girls in accordance with their age and needs, acquisition of healthy lifestyle skills, and will contribute to the development of children's and youth, mass, inclusive, adaptive sports. Improvement and renewal of sports infrastructure. The project involves the arrangement of a modern multifunctional sports ground for playing sports on the territory of the Netishynsk Academic Lyceum. The purpose of the project is to create safe and comfortable conditions for physical culture, holding sports competitions and organizing active leisure for students. This will allow the use of the space both during the educational process and after-school hours. The implementation of the project will contribute to the popularization of sports among children and youth, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, increasing the level of physical fitness of students and creating conditions for the development of team spirit. The new sports field will become a venue for school and community events, training sessions and tournaments, as well as a center for active recreation.

The goal of the project is to create and update a modern educational space for students of basic secondary education at the Skarzhynetsk Lyceum, which in the 2027/2028 academic year will provide specialized secondary education in the Rozsoshany territorial community by modernizing and equipping classrooms in accordance with the requirements of the "New Ukrainian School" reform. The project plans to equip classrooms for theoretical training in chemistry and physics, as well as create modern laboratory rooms for these subjects. The project involves installing new ergonomic furniture (student desks, teacher tables, cabinets, laboratory tables), multimedia equipment (interactive panels, laptops, other computer equipment), laboratory equipment (laboratory supplies and utensils, demonstration devices, chemical reagents, measuring instruments, models, etc.). The project will increase students' access to modern equipment and contribute to the provision of higher-quality educational services.

The purpose of the public investment project "Providing general secondary education institutions with teaching aids and equipment within the framework of the implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" reform" is to improve the quality of the educational process and create a modern, safe and innovative learning environment that meets the requirements of the "New Ukrainian School" Concept (NUS). The implementation of the project is aimed at providing schools with modern teaching aids, laboratory equipment, computer technology, multimedia complexes and other resources necessary for the implementation of a competency-based approach to education.

The project "Providing secondary education institutions with teaching aids and equipment within the framework of the implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" reform" is aimed at improving the quality of education in secondary education institutions by modernizing the learning environment. Its implementation involves providing schools with modern teaching materials, multimedia and interactive equipment, means for practical and laboratory classes, as well as pedagogical resources that meet the concept of the New Ukrainian School. The project aims to create a comfortable, safe and technologically equipped environment for effective student learning, to promote the development of their competencies, critical thinking and creative skills. It also provides support for teachers in implementing modern teaching methods that meet the standards of the New Ukrainian School, and promotes the integration of innovative educational practices into the daily work of schools. The implementation of the project will allow to increase the level of educational services, ensure equal access to quality education for all students, and contribute to the formation of an educational environment focused on the development of the personality and practical competencies of modern youth.

In order to develop the engineering and transport infrastructure of Khmelnytskyi and in connection with the intensive development of the Zarechye microdistrict of Khmelnytskyi and the increase in traffic flow, the detailed design provides for the construction of a new street from Stepana Bandera Street to Zakhidno-Okruzhnaya Street.
The designed street will connect Stepana Bendera Street with Zakhidno-Okruzhnaya Street, which will allow road users to shorten the route from the central district of the city to the western ring road of Khmelnytskyi, which will reduce travel time and reduce the amount of harmful emissions into the city's atmosphere.
The designed street is planned as a main street and is classified as a street of district significance with two traffic lanes of 3.0 m each, a bicycle path 3.0 m wide and two pedestrian paths 2.25 m wide. On the right, the carriageway is separated from the pedestrian path by a green zone, 3.0 m wide. On the left, the carriageway is separated from the bicycle path by a green zone, 3.0 m wide. The total length is 2486.00 m.

This initiative addresses a number of critical issues in modern education, primarily bridging the gap between outdated textbook knowledge and the real demands of the labor market. The project helps eliminate the technical backwardness of school classrooms, which for years has discouraged students from choosing science majors. In addition, state support ensures equal access to quality education for children in the community, regardless of their financial situation, and promotes the professional development of teachers, who receive tools for implementing innovative teaching methods.
The main indicator of success should be an increase in high school students' interest in natural sciences and a significant improvement in NMT results.

The goal of the project is to create a comprehensive modern educational space for teaching the subject "Defense of Ukraine" by equipping three specialized rooms (first aid, interactive laser shooting range, and training room), which will ensure the formation of practical skills in first aid, safe behavior, civic responsibility, and preparedness for action in emergency situations among students.

Creating a comprehensive modern educational space in the lyceum by modernizing and equipping classrooms is an urgent need, since some of the equipment and furniture in classrooms is outdated and does not meet modern state standards, does not allow for comfortable learning and full disclosure of educational material, and does not help students acquire the competencies provided for by the NUS Concept.

To achieve the specified goals, the following measures are envisaged: updating the material and technical base of secondary education institutions by purchasing modern educational equipment, STEM laboratories, etc.; introducing modern educational technologies aimed at interactive and practice-oriented learning; creating conditions for the implementation of individual and project activities of students in accordance with the NUS standards; increasing the efficiency of teaching staff by providing them with the necessary resources to implement innovative teaching methods.

The main goal of the project is to create a safe, comfortable and motivating educational environment; improve the quality and efficiency of the educational process; develop key 21st century competencies in children - creativity, critical thinking, communication, digital literacy; increase the prestige of education and strengthen community trust in the school system. The implementation of the project will be an important step towards the implementation of the standards of the New Ukrainian School and the creation of a modern educational space for the development of successful, competent and responsible youth. As a result of the project, two modern biological educational spaces will be created, which will provide appropriate conditions for conducting theoretical, practical and laboratory classes and improving the quality of the educational process (1 biology laboratory and 1 biology classroom). The goal is achieved through repairs and the purchase of equipment, furniture, and multimedia and computer equipment.

The goal of the project is to expand access to quality and safe education for community students, in particular from remote settlements, by organizing regular transportation to educational institutions. The goal is achieved by purchasing 2 school buses for safe and comfortable transportation of students and teaching staff, as well as updating the school transport fleet. The implementation of the project will contribute to equal access to education, increasing transportation safety, reducing costs for maintaining outdated transport and increasing the efficiency of transporting students. The urgency of the project is due to the technical wear and tear of existing buses, insufficient number of transport and optimization of the network of educational institutions.
