To provide residents of the village of Netechyntsi with high-quality drinking water, to improve the quality of drinking water. To provide high-quality municipal services to consumers.

The purpose of the public investment project "Purchase of a school bus for quality education - schools" is to create appropriate conditions to ensure equal access of children to quality education by organizing safe, regular and comfortable transportation of students and teaching staff of secondary education institutions of the Poninkivka territorial community. Ways to achieve the goal:
- purchase of a new modern school bus that meets state standards of safety, comfort and environmental requirements;
- organization of permanent routes for transporting students from remote settlements (Burtyn, Lodzianivka, Lisne, Novaky, Zalissya) to the main Poninkivka Lyceum and its branches;
- ensuring transport accessibility for children with special educational needs;
- increasing the efficiency of the educational process by reducing tardiness, missed classes and transport risks.
Today, the Poninkivska territorial community has no school bus, which makes it impossible to organize transportation of children to their place of study. Students from remote settlements are forced to cover long distances on foot or use private transport, which is dangerous, unstable and financially burdensome for families. This leads to a decrease in attendance, a violation of the equality of conditions for obtaining education and a decrease in the availability of educational services.
The planned result is that providing the community with its own school bus will allow organizing safe and systematic transportation of more than 200 children, creating comfortable conditions for the educational process, increasing the level of educational services and contributing to the implementation of state policy in the field of accessible and high-quality education.

Improving the quality of transport services to the population by updating the rolling stock of municipal passenger transport, increasing the efficiency of the transport network and reducing the negative impact on the environment.

Ensuring the safe stay of students and staff by installing a modular shelter for 300 people

The project involves installing an external lift in the dormitory premises.

The project will help improve the material and technical base of the lyceum, create safe and comfortable conditions for students and employees, and also promote the implementation of the principles of sustainable development in the educational sector.

Improving the quality of the educational environment in schools of Vinkovetska TG by providing modern educational equipment in accordance with the requirements of the "New Ukrainian School" program.

The purpose of the public investment project is to meet the growing demand for organized transportation of students and pupils to secondary education institutions in the Medzhybizh territorial community by purchasing modern school buses of the models "Ataman D093S4" and/or "Etalon A08116Sh". An additional goal is to ensure inclusiveness and equality of opportunities for all students, regardless of their place of residence, by creating safe and comfortable conditions for access to education.

Currently, the community operates 7 school buses that provide transportation for students and pupils from various settlements. This fleet currently meets basic needs, however, taking into account the planned optimization of the network of educational institutions, the situation may change significantly. It is expected that as a result of the expansion of the school network, the number of students who will need transportation will increase, and the existing vehicles will not be able to fully cover the new routes and the growing passenger flow.

The purchase of additional buses will allow the community to adapt to these changes in a timely manner, avoid the risks of transport shortages, ensure regular and safe transportation for all students, and achieve the target level of 100% transportation coverage in the new conditions of the functioning of the education network.

Project goal
Providing residents of the village of Yarmolyntsi with stable and safe access to high-quality drinking water through the construction and reconstruction of drinking water supply networks.
Project objectives
- To carry out a phased replacement of water supply networks with a total length of 17.2 km.
- To modernize and replace reinforced concrete wells at branch and connection points.
- To replace shut-off and control valves and consumer connection points.
- To reduce water losses in the network and increase the reliability of the water supply system.

The goal of the project is to create a modern, safe and inclusive cultural space by completing the restoration of the historical building of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City House of Culture (Pushkinsky House, 1899), which will provide conditions for the realization of the creative potential of community residents, the development of cultural and artistic groups, the holding of socially significant events and the increase of the city's tourist attractiveness.
The project is aimed at preserving the architectural heritage, modernizing the engineering infrastructure and ensuring the sustainable functioning of the institution as a multifunctional center of culture, education and public activity.
