The main goal of the public investment project is a radical transformation of the school nutrition system through the creation of a safe, high-tech and aesthetically attractive space for high school students. Visual and functional modernization is aimed at integrating modern nutritional standards, strict compliance with the requirements of the HACCP system and full implementation of the principles of barrier-free and inclusion. The implementation of this goal is achieved through the synergy of technological, architectural, spatial and organizational solutions, which are grouped according to four key vectors, namely: preserving health and promoting high-quality nutrition through the implementation of an updated, rationally balanced menu adapted to the physiological needs of high school students, increasing the proportion of micronutrients, vitamins, fiber and other nutrients in the diet and forming sustainable healthy eating habits among young people; guaranteeing absolute process safety due to full compliance of the entire production cycle with the strict requirements of current sanitary legislation, integration and systematic control of critical points in accordance with international food safety standards HACCP, clear separation of raw material and finished product flows to prevent cross-contamination; energy efficiency and optimization of operating costs through a comprehensive update of the technological equipment fleet in favor of modern energy-saving models, a significant reduction in the burden on the institution's budget due to a reduction in electricity and water consumption and an increase in the overall environmental friendliness and profitability of the catering unit's production processes; inclusiveness and universal design due to the creation of unhindered access to the food receiving area for students of all categories, in particular for low-mobility groups of the population, adaptation of the height, configuration and ergonomics of the distribution lines to the needs of each child, ensuring equal opportunities and comfort for each participant in the educational process without discrimination.

The goal of the veterans' space construction project is to create an inclusive multifunctional center for comprehensive support of veterans, their family members, and the families of the deceased by providing a wide range of services. This includes psychological, legal, educational, and physical education and sports assistance, as well as support for veteran entrepreneurship and creating conditions for reintegration into civilian life.

The key goal of the New Ukrainian School is to create a modern, accessible and inclusive educational system that will ensure the comprehensive development of a child as a personality, patriot, innovator and responsible citizen. The main emphasis is shifted from the acquisition of knowledge to the acquisition of competencies that allow them to successfully realize themselves in life and in conditions of constant change. Improving the qualifications and motivation of teachers, as well as updating the educational environment to make it modern and attractive. The purchase of equipment for the New Ukrainian School (NUS) is critically important for the implementation of the main goal of the reform - the creation of a modern, innovative and child-centered educational system. Without proper material and technical support, it is impossible to implement new teaching methods and develop key competencies in students. The goal is achieved through ongoing repairs and the purchase of furniture and computer equipment, as a result of which the modern educational space will be updated, learning conditions will improve and students will have access to modern equipment.

The main goal of the project is to create a modern, safe and inclusive educational environment in the geography classroom by modernizing it and equipping it with new furniture, which will ensure comfortable learning conditions, compliance with modern educational standards and accessibility for all students; additionally, the classroom is equipped with a laptop for the teacher and a printer, which will allow integrating information and communication technologies into the educational process, using digital resources and electronic educational platforms, promptly printing didactic materials, cartographic schemes and tasks, as well as implementing the requirements of the New Ukrainian School concept and the digitalization of education. Ways to achieve the goal: Purchase and installation of modern ergonomic furniture. Organization of space taking into account inclusivity and safety. Creation of conditions for interactive and practice-oriented learning. Purchase of a printer for the classroom, which will ensure: prompt printing of didactic materials, maps, tasks and tests; support for individualized and practice-oriented learning; the ability to quickly create materials for students with special educational needs. The gap lies in the discrepancy between: Current state - outdated infrastructure, lack of modern furniture and technical equipment, low level of security and inclusiveness. Target level - a modern, safe, inclusive and digitalized educational space that meets state standards and provides high-quality education for students. The implementation of the project will allow to eliminate this gap, ensuring compliance of the material and technical base with current regulatory requirements and creating conditions for a high-quality educational process.

The purpose of the project is to increase the level of fire safety in secondary education institutions of the Letychiv territorial community by installing a fire alarm system, a fire extinguishing system, an alarm transmission system, an evacuation control system, and an external lightning protection system in the building of Letychiv Lyceum No. 1. The implementation of the project will allow: to prevent fires; to reduce the speed of fire spread in the event of an ignition, which will provide additional time for the safe evacuation of students and staff; to protect buildings and educational equipment from destruction due to fire; to guarantee a high level of safety for participants in the educational process, ensuring that the facilities comply with modern fire safety norms and standards.

The project is aimed at providing future residents of an apartment building for internally displaced persons with a safe and accessible radiation shelter suitable for use during emergencies and military threats. The goal is to achieve this goal by performing a complex of construction, installation and specialized works in accordance with the revised design and estimate documentation, including the arrangement of shelter premises, installation of protective structures, installation of ventilation, water supply, sewage, electricity supply, heating, fire alarm, gas control systems, special equipment, furniture and inventory, as well as ensuring barrier-free access for low-mobility groups. The implementation of the project will allow creating a fully functional radiation shelter that will meet the requirements of the legislation, ensure the proper level of safety for residents of the building and contribute to increasing the sustainability of the community's housing infrastructure.

In order to implement the Comprehensive Sustainability Plan of the Khmelnytskyi region for 2026, it is currently necessary to reconstruct the power grids with the connection of 2 cogeneration plants at the address: Bandery st., ХХ/Х, which is its component. Currently, 2 newly installed cogeneration plants at the address: Bandery st., ХХ/Х, Khmelnytskyi produce electricity that can be used only to meet the boiler house's own needs for electricity, although there is a surplus of capacity for its delivery to external power grids. As a result of the implementation of this project, the return of self-produced electricity of the MKE "Khmelnytskteplokomunenergo" to external power grids will increase and the following goals will be achieved: - increasing energy security and energy independence of the Khmelnytskyi urban territorial community; - the possibility of further implementing the concept of "energy islands"; - strengthening the functional efficiency and continuity of municipal infrastructure, in particular increasing the reliability of heat supply; - maintaining tariff growth;

The main goal of the project is to ensure stable, safe and uninterrupted functioning of the Netishyn Gymnasium "Harmony" under martial law. The project is aimed at eliminating the risks of interruption of educational and administrative processes due to emergency or planned power outages. The following steps are provided for the successful implementation of the public investment project: Conducting a technical inspection: assessing the condition of the institution's roof, drawing up an expert report and verification calculation. Development of project documentation: preparing a plan for "Reconstruction of part of the internal power supply system by installing a solar power plant on the roof". Installation of equipment: direct installation of a hybrid solar power plant as an alternative power source on the roof of the gymnasium.

To achieve the project goal, it is planned to implement a set of engineering and technical measures, including: • installation of an automatic addressable fire alarm system; • installation of a fire notification and evacuation management system; • arrangement of a system for transmitting alarm notifications to the State Emergency Service units; • overhaul of the building's lightning protection system; • conducting commissioning, testing, and commissioning of systems. After the project is implemented, the educational institution will meet modern fire safety requirements, ensuring timely fire detection, prompt notification of people, automatic transmission of a fire alarm signal, and safe evacuation organization.

Providing residents of the village of Kopystyn, Khmelnytskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region with high-quality, safe and uninterrupted centralized water supply through the construction of external water supply networks, which will contribute to increasing the level of municipal services, improving sanitary and epidemiological living conditions of the population, and sustainable development of the community's engineering infrastructure.

The goal of the project is to increase the level of compliance of the educational environment of secondary education institutions of the Volochysk urban territorial community with modern state standards and requirements of the "New Ukrainian School" concept, in particular in terms of organizing teaching in natural sciences. The achievement of this goal is planned by updating the material and technical base of the physics classrooms of the Balkovetsky Lyceum, the chemistry classroom of the Solomnyansky Lyceum and the biology classroom of the Polyansky Lyceum. The project plans to purchase modern teaching aids, educational equipment, computer and multimedia equipment, as well as specialized furniture. In addition, repairs are planned to be carried out using local budget funds. The implementation of these measures will ensure the creation of a modern educational environment, promote the introduction of competency-based and practice-oriented learning, the use of digital technologies in the educational process and improve the quality of teaching natural sciences.
