The goal of the project is to ensure equal and safe access of students and teachers to quality education by organizing regular transportation to educational institutions from remote settlements of the community through the purchase and use of school buses.
Methods of achieving the goal
The goal of the project is expected to be achieved by:
purchasing modern school buses that meet safety requirements and standards for transporting children;
organizing regular routes for transporting students and teachers to educational institutions and back;
optimizing transportation logistics, taking into account the number of students and the territorial location of settlements;
ensuring technical maintenance and proper operation of transport;
creating conditions for the timely and safe arrival of students to the place of study.

Improving the quality, modernity and accessibility of general secondary education in Ukraine through: modernization of educational infrastructure that meets the standards of the National Secondary Education System: ensuring equal access to education for all children, including those with special educational needs.

The purpose of the project is to modernize the natural science research laboratory at the Poninkiv Lyceum of the Poninkiv Village Council. Due to the fact that the existing equipment is morally and physically outdated and does not meet the requirements of the modern educational process, it is necessary to purchase modern educational and laboratory equipment to improve the quality of the educational process and form practical competencies of students. To achieve the goal of the project, it is planned to purchase and install modern educational and laboratory equipment for the natural science research laboratory with its further implementation in the educational process.

Improving the quality of services of the network of educational institutions, in particular, improving the material and technical base with the possibility of obtaining secondary education

To ensure high-quality, modern and accessible education, the premises will be renovated in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science and purchased material and technical equipment for science classrooms as part of the implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" school reform. The result of the project will be the renovation of the chemistry, biology and physics classrooms, improved learning conditions and access for students to modern equipment, which is currently absent, which makes it impossible to ensure the educational process at the level of modern standards.

The project’s goal is to ensure unhindered access to quality education for community students living in remote settlements by organizing safe and regular transportation to secondary education institutions. The project involves the purchase of one modern school bus that meets all safety requirements, technical and environmental standards, including the presence of seat belts, anti-vandal seats, a ventilation and lighting system, as well as low-floor access for students with disabilities. The project is aimed at achieving the following objectives: Improving accessibility to education – ensuring timely and regular transportation of students from remote villages to community schools that are included in the program for transforming the network of secondary education institutions. Reducing inequality in education – creating equal opportunities for children from different settlements of the community to study in modern schools with updated infrastructure and pedagogical resources. Improving transportation safety – using a specialized school bus with modern security and control systems. Supporting the implementation of the program for transforming the network of educational institutions - integrating transport logistics with an optimized network of schools, which allows for rational allocation of resources and ensuring student education in the most modern and effective educational institutions in the community.

Civil protection is a state function aimed at protecting the population, territories, the environment and property from emergencies by preventing such situations, eliminating their consequences and providing assistance to victims in a special period (martial law) and in peacetime.
In the conditions of the prolonged full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the issue of sheltering the population in conditions of hostilities, missile attacks on territories, infrastructure and the social sphere, residential buildings, etc. is urgent.
The project was developed with the aim of restoring operational indicators, ensuring the protection of residents of a residential building, adjacent buildings and the general population of the community from dangerous factors of emergencies and organizing the life support of the building (structure, premises) and bringing it into compliance with the basic requirements according to DBN V.2.2-5:2023 "Protective structures of civil defense".

The implementation of the project is important for ensuring equal access to education, especially for students in remote areas. Organized transportation promotes regular attendance, reduces educational inequality, and creates safe conditions for children to participate in the educational process. The availability of organized school transportation improves population mobility, strengthens social ties, and supports community development.

Creating an innovative educational space that will ensure the high-quality implementation of the NUS reform through the technical re-equipment of classrooms and the introduction of modern teaching methods.

The School Bus Project aims to ensure safe and comfortable access to education for all school-age children, especially in remote rural areas. The project plans to purchase 2 school buses, taking into account the needs of vulnerable students belonging to low-mobility groups. The purchase of school buses is a necessary step to ensure high-quality and accessible education, as well as improve the social well-being of children.

To ensure effective biological treatment of wastewater, neutralization and disinfection before its discharge into the environment in accordance with modern environmental requirements. To ensure environmental safety, to prevent the negative impact of economic activity on the environment. The project provides for the construction of a sewage pumping station, a hydroponic lagoon reactor (artificial river) building, and utility and domestic premises to ensure the operation of the facility in one building.

The purpose of the project is to create appropriate and safe conditions for waiting and transportation of residents of Lisova Street, adjacent streets, employees of the Khmelnytskyi NPP, residents and guests of the city on the Khmelnytskyi NPP bus route, regular and school transport, ensuring an increase in the quality of services provided in the field of landscaping, improving the sanitary and aesthetic condition of the city of Netishyn, safety and comfort for road users in the city. The installation of bus stops will allow passengers to hide from snow, rain and other adverse climatic conditions, and the repair of the road will improve the quality and safety of vehicle traffic.
The overhaul of the road section along Lisova Street is taking place in a residential area, so a significant number of residents will receive an improvement in the quality of life after the project is implemented, and will actively use the service.
