Project goal
The project goal is to ensure safe conditions for students and employees of the Petro Kizyun Krasyliv Gymnasium No. 4 by creating a modern and reliable fire alarm, notification and evacuation management system. The project is aimed at timely fire detection, prompt notification of people and organized evacuation, as well as bringing the institution into compliance with current fire safety requirements.
Method of achieving the goal
The goal is expected to be achieved through major repairs and modernization of fire protection systems, installation of modern certified equipment, commissioning and ensuring the proper functioning of the systems. Additionally, it is planned to train personnel in actions in the event of a fire and to control the quality of work.

In connection with the optimization of the educational institution, in order to ensure the ability to safely and timely get to the supporting institution, the Lisovodsky Lyceum, by taking a school bus to the educational institution and back.

The goal of the project is to ensure safe, regular and comfortable transportation of 120 high school students and teaching staff to and from the academic lyceum, which will contribute to the implementation of the constitutional right of children to equal access to quality specialized education regardless of their place of residence.
This project provides for the purchase of 2 school buses during 2026 on co-financing terms.

The "New Ukrainian School" project aims to create an educational environment that meets modern requirements, promotes the development of the student's personality, and prepares him for the challenges of the modern world. This is an important step in reforming the education system of Ukraine and increasing its competitiveness at the international level.

1. Detailed project goal
Main goal: Creating a holistic, safe and technological educational environment that ensures the transition from the relay of theoretical knowledge to the formation of applied competencies necessary for the self-realization of the individual in the conditions of the digital economy and the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.

Strategic goals:

Quality: Achieving compliance of learning outcomes with international standards (PISA) and the requirements of the modern labor market.

Accessibility: Ensuring equal opportunities for obtaining education regardless of place of residence (rural/city) or physical limitations (inclusion).

Modernity: Complete renewal of the material and technical base with an emphasis on STEM education and digital literacy.

2. Methods of achieving the goal (Implementation mechanisms)
Three interrelated approaches are used to implement the project:

A. Infrastructure modernization
Arrangement of a "Smart Space": Purchase of modular furniture and creation of zones for group work.

Creation of STEM centers: Equipping science and mathematics classrooms with digital laboratories, 3D printers, and robotics.

Shelter-learning: Modernizing school shelters to transform them into full-fledged educational hubs with autonomous power supply and the Internet.

B. Technological transformation
Hardware: Large-scale procurement of personal devices for students and teachers (laptops/tablets).

Software: Integrating cloud services and electronic textbooks into the daily learning process through state platforms.

C. Human capital development
Innovative teacher development: Advanced training programs in the areas of "digital didactics," "facilitation," and "psychological resilience."

New assessment standards: Introducing criterion-based assessment that focuses on student progress, not just errors.

Creating a safe and healthy educational environment by modernizing the food infrastructure. The project is aimed at:
- Implementing the “Basic Kitchen” model.
- Ensuring that the premises comply with the requirements of the HACCP system.
- Improving the working conditions of staff and the quality of children's nutrition.
The project involves a comprehensive reconstruction of part of the building of the Gorodok Primary School, taking into account modern requirements for the organization of school nutrition. A feature is the creation of a full-fledged catering unit with a completed technological cycle of cooking directly in the educational institution.
The project plans to:
• Reconstruction of existing school premises for a modern catering unit;
• Creation of technologically connected zones for a full cycle of cooking;
• Purchase and installation of modern kitchen equipment;
• Arrangement of ventilation, water supply, sewage and power supply systems in accordance with the standards;
• Ensuring proper conditions for storing products (refrigeration and warehouse equipment);
• Creation of a safe and ergonomic working environment for staff;
• Implementation of food quality and safety standards.

The project involves a comprehensive reconstruction of existing water supply networks in the village of Netechyntsi in order to improve the quality and reliability of water supply for the population.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to:
replace worn and emergency sections of the water supply with modern polyethylene pipes;
upgrade water intake structures and pumping equipment;
install new shut-off valves and fire hydrants;
equip water metering units;
reduce water losses and energy consumption.

The implementation of the project will allow:
ensure stable and uninterrupted water supply;
improve the quality of drinking water;
reduce the number of network failures;
increase the level of sanitary and epidemiological safety;
create comfortable living conditions for the village residents.

The project has important social significance and will contribute to the sustainable development of the community.

The goal of the project is to increase the level of compliance of the educational environment of secondary education institutions of the Krasylivka urban territorial community with modern state standards and requirements of the "New Ukrainian School" concept, in particular in terms of organizing teaching in natural sciences.
The achievement of this goal is planned by updating the material and technical base of the physics and chemistry classrooms of the Krasylivka Gymnasium No. 1 and the physics classroom of the Krasylivka Gymnasium No. 3. The project plans to purchase modern teaching aids, educational equipment, computer and multimedia equipment, as well as specialized furniture. In addition, repairs are planned to be carried out using local budget funds.
The implementation of these measures will ensure the creation of a modern educational environment, promote the introduction of competency-based and practice-oriented learning, the use of digital technologies in the educational process, and improve the quality of teaching natural sciences

The goal of the project is to create a modern, safe and innovative educational environment in secondary education institutions by providing them with high-quality teaching aids and necessary equipment in accordance with the concept of the "New Ukrainian School". The project is aimed at transforming the educational process with an emphasis on competency-based, personally oriented and practice-oriented learning. Updating the material and technical base of classrooms: ergonomic furniture, mobile work areas, educational and multimedia equipment.

The goal is achieved through repairs and the purchase of equipment to create a modern educational space, improve learning conditions, and provide students with access to modern equipment.

The goal of the project is to create a modern physics laboratory at the Goloskovskiy Lyceum to ensure high-quality teaching of natural sciences in accordance with the standards of the New Ukrainian School.

Currently, the educational premises used for teaching physics require renovation, and the existing laboratory and demonstration equipment is partially outdated or insufficient. This limits the possibilities of conducting full-fledged laboratory and practical classes and complicates the implementation of modern teaching methods.

The goal of the project is expected to be achieved by renovating the premises and purchasing modern educational and laboratory equipment. The renovation of the premises is planned to be carried out at the expense of the local budget, which will allow creating appropriate conditions for arranging a physics laboratory. The project also provides for the purchase of a digital measuring computer complex, educational laboratory sets for studying the main sections of physics, demonstration models and other equipment for conducting experimental research.

As a result of the project, a modern educational space will be created - a physical laboratory, which will improve learning conditions, improve the quality of teaching natural sciences, and expand students' access to modern educational and laboratory equipment. This will contribute to the development of their research competencies and increase the efficiency of the educational process.
