In accordance with the long-term plan for the formation of a network of secondary education institutions of the Volochysk urban territorial community for 2026-2027, approved by the decision of the session of the Volochysk City Council No. 2-69/2026 dated March 12, 2026, the legal entity Kurylivka Gymnasium of the Volochysk City Council of the Khmelnytskyi district of the Khmelnytskyi region, where 35 students are currently studying, is subject to liquidation. The closest and territorially accessible educational institution for students from the liquidated institution is the Balkovetsky Lyceum, which is not provided with a school bus. Students of the Kurylivka Gymnasium will need transportation to the Balkovetsky Lyceum from September 1, 2026. The newly purchased bus will make daily trips of 8 km. from the villages of Kurylivka and Korystova. This will increase the student contingent in the lyceum and create favorable conditions for access to quality education for children in rural areas.
The Fedirkivska Gymnasium of the Volochysk City Council of the Khmelnytskyi District of the Khmelnytskyi Region, where 49 students currently study, is also subject to reorganization. According to the planned network for the 2026/2027 academic year, this institution will have fewer than 45 students, which makes it impossible to operate the institution and provide it with educational subventions at the state level. Therefore, the Fedirkivska Gymnasium will be reorganized into a primary school with a preschool unit. The nearest and territorially accessible educational institution for students from the reorganized institution is the Kopachivska Gymnasium, which is not provided with a school bus. Students in grades 5-9 of the Fedirkivska Gymnasium will need transportation to the Kopachivska Gymnasium from 01.09.2026. The newly purchased bus will make daily trips up to 8 km. from the village of Fedirky. This will increase the student contingent at the Kopachivska gymnasium and create favorable conditions for access to quality education for children in rural areas.
It is also planned to purchase a school bus in 2026 for the Volochysk Lyceum named after Hero of Ukraine Maksym Otinov of the Volochysk City Council. 598 students study at this institution. The need to purchase a school bus is due to the implementation of the new stage of the "New Ukrainian School" reform from September 1, 2027, namely, specialized secondary education and the creation of an academic lyceum in the community on the basis of the lyceum named after Hero of Ukraine Maksym Otinov.

The purpose of the public investment project is to create a modern, safe and innovative educational environment in Lyceum No. 17 of the Kamianets-Podilskyi urban territorial community by modernizing and equipping classrooms in accordance with the standards of the New Ukrainian School (NUS), which will ensure an increase in the quality of education and the formation of key competencies of students. The project involves the arrangement of 4 educational spaces in Lyceum No. 17, in particular: a biology classroom, a mathematics classroom, a chemistry laboratory, and a physics laboratory.
The project provides for the current renovation of the premises in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science, which is carried out at the expense of the local budget.
Today, the material and technical base of the classrooms partially does not meet the modern requirements of the educational process and the standards of the NUS. The available equipment is morally and physically outdated, which limits the possibilities of conducting high-quality laboratory and practical classes, the use of interactive teaching methods and digital technologies.
The planned result involves the creation of a full-fledged modern educational space that will meet state standards and principles of the National University of Science and Technology; ensure a practical orientation of learning; promote the development of critical thinking, research skills and STEM competencies; increase student motivation and the effectiveness of the educational process.
Thus, the implementation of the project will allow to bridge the existing gap between the outdated educational environment and modern requirements for the quality of education.

As part of the reform of the National Secondary School in the Polonskyi urban-territorial community, an academic lyceum will be created in 2027 on the basis of the Polonskyi Lyceum No. 4, the Polonskyi City Council of the Polonskyi urban-territorial community. To ensure the high-quality provision of specialized education in the educational institution, a major renovation of the premises on the 3rd floor will be carried out and a modern educational space will be created. The educational space will include 3 classrooms: geography, mathematics, chemistry and 2 laboratories: biology and a STEM laboratory.

The purpose of the project is to ensure safe conditions for participants in the educational process in the building of Krasylivska Gymnasium No. 3 by increasing the level of its engineering protection from dangerous natural phenomena, in particular direct lightning strikes and its secondary manifestations. The project is aimed at bringing the educational facility into compliance with the requirements of current state building standards, fire safety rules and other regulatory legal acts in the field of civil protection.
The goal is to achieve this goal by implementing a set of construction and installation measures, including the installation of a modern lightning protection system for the building. In particular, it is planned to install lightning rods, current conductors and a grounding circuit, which will ensure effective discharge of electrical discharge into the ground and minimize the risks of damage to the structural elements of the building, fires and failure of engineering networks.
The implementation of the project also involves the implementation of the necessary design and estimate works, compliance with the requirements of technical supervision and quality control of construction works. As a result, a reliable system for protecting the building of the educational institution will be created, which will reduce the level of man-made and fire hazards, ensure the continuity of the educational process, and preserve the lives and health of 443 students and 59 employees of the institution.

The project is aimed at bringing the educational facility into compliance with the requirements of current state building standards, fire safety rules and other regulatory legal acts in the field of civil protection.

The goal is to achieve this goal by implementing a set of construction and installation measures, including the installation of a modern lightning protection system for the building. Goal: creating a safe, functional and modern learning space for studying biology in a gymnasium.
Tasks:
1. organize workplaces for students with modern teaching aids;
2. equip the teacher's workplace with modern demonstration, digital equipment;
3. provide the necessary educational equipment, models and visibility;
4. create areas for practical research;
5. establish a storage system for instruments, reagents, materials;
6. ensure compliance with sanitary norms and safety rules.
The achievement of the project goal will be ensured by carrying out current repairs to the classroom and purchasing appropriate equipment. Expected result: creating a modern educational space, improving learning conditions and students' access to modern equipment.

The goal of the project is to ensure safe conditions for students and employees of Krasylivska Gymnasium No. 3 by creating a modern and reliable fire alarm, notification and evacuation management system. The project is aimed at timely fire detection, prompt notification of people and organized evacuation, as well as bringing the institution into compliance with current fire safety requirements.

The goal is expected to be achieved through major repairs and modernization of fire protection systems, installation of modern certified equipment, commissioning and ensuring the proper functioning of the systems. Additionally, it is planned to train personnel in fire procedures and quality control

Project objective: ensuring reliable operation of treatment facilities, including:
- environmental - high-quality wastewater treatment, prevention of negative environmental consequences, installation of modern units of complete mechanical treatment for sewage treatment facilities;
- economic - application of modern energy-saving technologies of biological treatment, which will improve wastewater treatment indicators and optimize energy consumption, introduction of modern technology of secondary treatment and disinfection of wastewater;
- social - reduction of social tension among community residents and improvement of the quality of life of the population.
Project implementation results:
1. Prevented environmental danger from the ingress of contaminated wastewater into water bodies, underground, groundwater and soil;
Complete wastewater treatment was carried out and the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the region was improved.
2. Full-fledged functioning of treatment facilities and drainage networks was ensured. Budget funds were saved that would have been used to eliminate emergencies in sewer networks and restore the natural state of territories polluted as a result of untreated wastewater.
3. The quality of services provided to the population, operational indicators and technical condition of buildings and engineering equipment were improved. River and land basins were restored, green tourism was developed and the quality of life of the region's residents was improved.
4. The ecological indicators of the region were restored and further negative impact of polluted wastewater on the population and the environment was prevented. The sanitary and epidemiological situation in the project implementation area was improved. Emissions of methane into the atmosphere, which is formed during the treatment of domestic wastewater, were reduced.
5. Reliable operation of treatment facilities was ensured. 6. Access to drinking water was ensured for residents of 8 rural settlements of the community.
7 The capacity of the treatment facilities is ensured: 3400 m3/day.

The purpose of the project is to create a local automated centralized alert system on the territory of the Lenkovets rural community to notify the population of the community about emergencies of a military, man-made, natural nature and timely respond to threats in order to mitigate and/or avoid negative impacts. The project involves the construction of a local automated centralized alert system on the territory of the Lenkovets rural community. This will allow the population to be promptly informed about emergencies, natural disasters, man-made accidents, military threats, through installed sirens and loudspeakers.

The purpose of the creation is to increase the level of public safety and public order, ensure proper monitoring of the situation at important community facilities, facilities for improvement and communal services, strengthen road safety, prevent crime, increase the efficiency, quality and reliability of information received by services that ensure community safety, for an appropriate rapid response. The system is being created to ensure law and order, control traffic flows, and respond promptly to emergencies. The goal is to be achieved by deploying a network of video surveillance cameras at intersections, in public places and facilities for improvement and communal services, implementing analytical software for processing video data, creating a modern situational center as a single point of monitoring and management, and integrating the system with the work of emergency and law enforcement services.

The goal of the project is to modernize the material and technical base of secondary education institutions of the Lenkovets rural territorial community to ensure compliance with modern standards of education in accordance with the “New Ukrainian School” reform. This involves improving the state of educational infrastructure, creating a safe, accessible and digitalized educational environment. To achieve the goal of the project, classrooms will be provided with modern teaching aids, computer equipment and multimedia equipment, in accordance with the updated Standard List of the Ministry of Education and Science and the requirements of the Framework Agreement. The project plans to purchase 4 interactive panels and laptops, as well as carry out ongoing repairs of classrooms. The expected result is to improve the quality of the educational process, develop key and cross-cutting competencies of students, expand opportunities for interactive and practical learning, and ensure equal access of children to quality education.

The project aims to ensure equal, safe access for students living in rural areas at a considerable distance from the educational institution, create conditions for a continuous educational process, reduce the number of missed classes due to the inability to get to the educational institution, and increase the level of educational equality in rural areas.
The method of achieving this is to ensure the transportation of students to the educational institution by school bus.
