The project involves laying a water supply pipeline in seven stages, connecting to five existing wells, flushing the wells, and building a Rozhnovsky-type water tower to meet firefighting requirements. The implementation of the project will allow residents of Vovkovynets to gain access to water, a lack of which they have been experiencing recently.

Providing residents of the village of Zhabyntsi with high-quality, safe and uninterrupted drinking water by building a new water intake well at 16 Heroiv Nebesnoi Sotni Street, as well as improving sanitary and epidemiological conditions and the standard of living in the community.

Increasing the energy efficiency and reliability of the power supply of Dunayevets Lyceum No. 3 by installing a solar power plant, which will ensure uninterrupted educational processes, reduce electricity costs and increase the energy autonomy of the institution.
Methods of achieving the goal:
- reconstruction of internal power networks to integrate a solar power plant;
- installation of solar panels and an energy storage system;
- monitoring and maintenance of the system to ensure stable operation.
Existing networks depend on centralized power supply, which causes interruptions and high costs. Installing a solar power plant and upgrading networks will allow achieving autonomy and uninterrupted power supply.

Restoring the operational characteristics of the facility, replacing worn-out structures and engineering systems, and improving the functionality of the building. This ensures the extension of the service life of the structure, increasing energy efficiency and safety without changing its functional purpose.

Replacing the roof, attic floor, and insulating facades will help create comfortable conditions.

Ensuring safe and continuous access to educational services through major renovation of part of the basement of the educational institution, as the simplest shelter

The project's goal is to provide a reliable and energy-efficient heat supply to the community by modernizing the central boiler house.
The means of achieving this are major repairs, technical re-equipment, and replacement of three worn-out boilers with new ones with greater capacity and efficiency.
The gap is that the current boilers have exhausted their resource and do not meet the requirements of energy saving, while the target level provides for stable, economical, and environmentally friendly heat supply.

The project provides for major repairs with the implementation of energy efficiency measures, accessibility with the replacement of engineering networks. It is planned to re-plan the premises, change the decoration, replace all internal and external doors and windows, equip sanitary facilities for staff, visitors and low-mobility groups, install a separate entrance with a ramp for the disabled, replace water supply and drainage systems. Replace with a modern ventilation system, carry out work on biological protection against X-ray radiation.

The project aims to ensure a stable energy supply for water supply pumps by building a cogeneration plant that will efficiently generate electricity using modern technologies. Achieving the goal involves installing and integrating the plant into the existing infrastructure, implementing energy-efficient solutions, and creating conditions for further expansion of its functions. The existing gap is the lack of own sources of electricity generation and dependence on external suppliers, while the target level involves energy independence, reliability of critical systems, and community savings.

The goal of the project is to create a safe educational cluster in the Satanivska community by building a Center for Creativity, which combines a modern space for youth development with a radiation shelter (RS) to ensure continuous full-time education. The methods of achievement include the use of capital reinforced concrete construction technologies with hermetic protection systems, the implementation of the principles of inclusiveness (barrier-free) and the arrangement of multifunctional transformer rooms. The justification for the gap is based on the inconsistency of the current civil infrastructure with safety requirements: currently, due to the shortage of protective structures, the lyceum is operating in a limited mode, which causes educational losses and population outflow. The target level provides for the complete elimination of this gap, ensuring 100% protection of participants in the educational process and creating conditions for extracurricular education, which are currently lacking in the community.

Creating a safe, inclusive, and functional educational space by building a radiation shelter that will protect the lives and health of participants in the educational process (students, teachers, technical personnel) from the effects of weapons of mass destruction in conditions of martial law and emergencies.

In order to develop the engineering and transport infrastructure of Khmelnytskyi and in connection with the intensive development of the Zarechye microdistrict of Khmelnytskyi and the increase in traffic flow, the detailed design provides for the construction of a new street from Stepana Bandera Street to Zakhidno-Okruzhnaya Street.
The designed street will connect Stepana Bendera Street with Zakhidno-Okruzhnaya Street, which will allow road users to shorten the route from the central district of the city to the western ring road of Khmelnytskyi, which will reduce travel time and reduce the amount of harmful emissions into the city's atmosphere.
The designed street, according to the urban planning conditions and restrictions on the development of land plot No. 18 dated January 28, 2021, is planned as a main street and is classified as a street of district significance with two traffic lanes of 3.0 m each, a bicycle path 3.0 m wide, and two pedestrian paths 2.25 m wide.
