The project aims to modernize the catering unit of Teofipol Lyceum No. 2 in order to bring it into line with modern state standards for organizing school meals, sanitary and hygienic, technological and safety requirements, as well as create appropriate conditions to ensure high-quality and safe nutrition for students. This goal is expected to be achieved by carrying out major repairs to the premises, replacing worn-out engineering networks, updating the interior decoration and installing modern energy-efficient technological equipment, which will eliminate the existing infrastructural and technological gap between the current state of the facility and the target level of its functioning.

The water supply along Prospect Myru of the city of Khmelnytsky was built in 1973 from steel pipes with a diameter of 500 mm, the standard service life of which is up to 20 years. This water supply runs at a great depth and today has fully exhausted its operational and technical resource and is considered emergency. It provides centralized water supply to the population and industry along Prospect Myru and adjacent streets, microdistricts Vystavka, Ozerna.
Every year there are 5-6 emergency situations. During the elimination of accidents, it is necessary to stop the water supply, and accordingly, the drainage, of a large part of the city.

Indicators of goal achievement:
- coverage of the building with fire protection systems: 100%;
- compliance with fire safety requirements: 100%;
- number of educational institutions with increased safety levels: 1.

The goal of the project is to provide the lyceum with environmentally friendly and cost-effective electricity by implementing a solar energy system, which will reduce electricity costs, increase energy independence and reduce CO₂ emissions.
The method of achieving the goal is to install a 60 kW solar power plant on the roof of the building in order to:

increase energy efficiency;

reduce electricity consumption costs;

ensure stable power supply;

reduce negative environmental impact;

increase the share of renewable energy sources in the energy balance of the facility.

The target state involves achieving the regulatory level of thermal insulation of the building, stable temperature conditions in the premises, reducing heat energy consumption and corresponding budget costs for the maintenance of the facility. The goal is planned to be achieved by performing a complex of construction and installation works for major repairs, implementing modern thermal insulation solutions and complying with the requirements of current construction and energy standards.

Rehabilitation and improvement of transport infrastructure to ensure reliable and safe connections between facilities, reduce transportation costs, reduce travel times, and improve overall traffic safety and quality of life for residents, through complete reconstruction of road surfaces and engineering elements, rather than just repairing minor damage as in current repairs. The way to achieve this is a transparent process through the DREAM platform, which includes project financing.

The goal of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the infectious and rehabilitation departments by insulating the facade, which will reduce heat loss, reduce energy costs and improve the conditions for patients and medical staff. The goal is planned to be achieved by performing a set of works to insulate external walls using modern thermal insulation materials and bringing facade structures into compliance with current standards. The need to implement the project is due to the unsatisfactory technical condition of the facade and the lack of proper thermal insulation, which leads to significant heat loss, increased energy consumption and an insufficient level of thermal comfort, which is especially critical for medical departments. The implementation of the project will ensure the achievement of the target level of energy efficiency, increase the comfort and safety of the building's operation and contribute to the rational use of budget funds.

The project provides for the replacement of existing pipes with polyethylene PE-100 SDR 21 with a diameter of 500 mm, when crossing highways, the use of metal pipe casings with a diameter of 630 mm and the construction of new switching chambers is envisaged.
The length of the sewer collector to be reconstructed is 9709.34 m, the work will be performed by the open method of 562.2 m, by the horizontal drilling method of 1072.7 m, and by the rehabilitation method of 8074.44 m.
The chambers will be equipped with shut-off valves from the Hawle company.

Ensuring efficient, reliable and energy-saving heating of Dunayevets Lyceum No. 4 and Dunayevets Preschool Education Institution No. 3 "Berezka" by constructing and commissioning a modern block-modular heat generator using solid fuel. The project is aimed at:
reducing fuel consumption and operating costs;
increasing the reliability and automation of the heat supply process;
creating comfortable and safe conditions for children and staff;
rational use of budget funds and strengthening the energy security of the community.
