The purpose of implementing this project is:
- ensuring uninterrupted access of children to educational services;
- ensuring a safe educational process for students, gymnasium employees and visitors to the institution.
  The project provides for the arrangement of the simplest shelter in the basement of the educational institution - the "Harmony" gymnasium of the Netishyn City Council. The main goal is to provide a safe space for participants in the educational process, teachers, staff, visitors to the institution.
In modern conditions, ensuring the safety of residents of our community during air threats and other dangerous factors and emergencies is an extremely important task, therefore, updating the fund of protective structures of civil defense and special social infrastructure facilities, administrative buildings, public spaces on the territory of the community is a top priority.
Currently, part of the building (the simplest shelter in the basement) is not suitable for the safe stay of students and employees of the institution, it requires major repairs, modernization, and provision of the premises with all conditions for safe operation. The goal of the project is to bring the premises into compliance with current norms, standards, and rules, within the limits of technical possibilities.

The goal of the project is to create a reliable and autonomous centralized water supply system for the residents of the village of Malashivtsi, which will provide the community with high-quality drinking water in the required quantity. The implementation of the first stage of construction is designed to solve the problem of water shortage, improve the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the settlement, and increase the level of daily comfort of residents.

The project provides for:
- dismantling of brick partitions in the premises;
- dismantling of old plaster from the walls;
- dismantling of tiles 1.5m high on the walls;
- dismantling of old plaster from the walls;
- dismantling of wall cladding (plastic panel, chipboard) in note 1;
- dismantling of existing floors (ceramic tiles) within the framework of major repairs;
- new partitions to be made of ordinary clay bricks of plastic
pressing M75 on mortar M50 (REI 15);
- performing interior decoration of the premises;
- arranging floors;
- arranging jumpers;
- dismantling of old and installing new windows, stained glass windows and doors according to the specification of the elements;
- arranging of drains (in places where windows are replaced);
- arranging of window sills (in places where windows are replaced);
- repair of internal slopes (in places where windows and doors are replaced).
The catering unit, which is subject to major repairs, is designed for 192 seats.
The designed dining room operates on raw materials and is equipped with the necessary thermal and mechanical equipment for cooking and refrigeration equipment for
short-term storage of raw materials.

The route connects key community facilities — the ASC, polyclinic No. 2, bus station (suburban), public transport stops and public space (the largest park in the city) and passes through the busiest part of the settlement, which residents use daily. The average daily passenger flow of the selected route is over 33,000 people. The existing pedestrian and transport infrastructure does not fully meet the requirements of barrier-free access, so the route is formed as the most socially significant direction, providing access to basic administrative, medical and social services.
The route is used daily by residents of the community villages who arrive in the city to the bus station, students, employees and visitors to institutions, patients, public transport passengers, families with children. After the arrangement, it is expected to increase pedestrian activity and improve the accessibility of the space for veterans, people with disabilities, the elderly, parents with strollers and children of school and preschool age.

To provide a major overhaul of the school’s catering unit to create safe and modern conditions for organizing student meals. The project is aimed at updating the premises and equipment in accordance with sanitary and safety standards, which will ensure high-quality and healthy nutrition for children. The purpose of the major overhaul of the catering unit is to create safe, modern and comfortable conditions for cooking, bringing the premises into compliance with sanitary standards and HACCP requirements. This involves replacing worn-out communications (ventilation, water supply, electrical networks), updating equipment and improving the quality of food.
The main tasks and purpose of the major overhaul:
Compliance with safety standards: Implementation of the HACCP system, ensuring sanitary and hygienic requirements.
Modernization of equipment: Replacement of old technological, heating and refrigeration equipment with modern, energy-efficient ones.
Improving working conditions: Creating comfortable conditions for staff, updating the ventilation system and lighting.
Improving the quality of food: Ensuring rational and high-quality nutrition for students in the gymnasium.
Infrastructure update: Replacement of worn-out utilities, renovation of premises, which increases the operational performance of the building.
Creation of a modern zone: Transformation of the dining room into a modern eating and relaxation area.

Treatment plants will ensure the proper quality level of timely wastewater treatment. As a result, it will prevent irreparable pollution of water bodies and soil, groundwater. This is important for the ecology and will also affect flora, fauna, human and animal health.

Heating is an integral part of any building in which people are constantly present, so the heating system must guarantee the constant maintenance of the required temperature in the premises.
Currently, the Starokryvyi Gymnasium "Patriot" is equipped with an electric boiler room for heating the premises of the educational institution.
The construction of a block-modular heat generator on solid fuel for heating the premises will provide the gymnasium with a stable and controlled source of heat and hot water, which is key to creating comfortable and proper conditions for studying and staying in an educational institution, will provide a tangible level of savings in coolants, which will allow saving on utility bills for heating.
The purpose of the project is the rational use of energy resources, the introduction of energy-efficient technologies, and the adaptation of infrastructure to new challenges. Providing independent heating using reliable fuel (firewood, pellets, etc.) will reduce energy costs and ensure a stable temperature in the premises of buildings and structures for industrial purposes.
The need to implement the project is caused by the current situation in the country's energy sector, rising prices for electricity and other types of energy, the risks of mass and prolonged power outages caused by constant shelling from the Russian Federation, and the threat of emergency situations, and therefore, the need to introduce alternative heating sources in the form of a solid fuel boiler.

The purpose of the project is to ensure proper transport accessibility of the industrial park territory in the city of Khmelnytskyi, create conditions for the development of industrial production, attract investments, increase economic activity and form a modern engineering and transport infrastructure. The goal is to achieve this goal by constructing a new road from 18 Vinnytske Shose Street to Vinnytske Shose with the installation of a road surface of regulatory strength, surface drainage systems, the organization of safe traffic and pedestrians, the arrangement of landscaping elements, technical means of organizing traffic and engineering infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of state construction standards. Today, the transport connection of the industrial park territory is insufficiently developed or partially absent, which limits the access of specialized transport, complicates the logistics of enterprises, inhibits the attraction of investors and the development of production capacities. The existing state of the territory does not meet the regulatory requirements for road safety, capacity and operational reliability of road infrastructure. The implementation of the project will allow to eliminate the existing infrastructure gap between the current state of transport provision in the territory and the target level of functioning of the industrial park, create favorable conditions for the location of new enterprises, the development of production, the creation of jobs, and the increase in revenues to the local budget.
