War and distance education do not pass without a trace. The existence of educational infrastructure is characterized by a decrease in the conditions of learning and upbringing, which is manifested in the inadequate condition of safe shelters in educational institutions, the wear and tear of school buses for the safe transportation of students, as well as the inconsistency of the material and technical base with modern needs. Reconstruction of schools, the acquisition of modern teaching aids and equipment, information on algorithms of actions during emergency situations will help create a comfortable, modern school that gives students not only knowledge, but also critical thinking, the ability to learn and apply knowledge in practice.

The goal of the project is to ensure the proper level of energy efficiency of the Klinivka Lyceum by creating a holistic thermal insulation circuit of the building, which will ensure comfortable and safe conditions for students to study and staff to work in accordance with state sanitary regulations. Achieving this goal involves the complete replacement of the emergency roof covering using modern moisture-proof materials and major insulation of the facades, which in the complex eliminates significant heat loss through the enclosing structures. The current state of the institution is characterized by a significant gap between the actual energy consumption and the regulatory energy consumption indicators due to the wear of the roof and the lack of thermal insulation of the walls, which causes the classrooms to freeze in the winter. The implementation of the project will allow to overcome this gap, turning the lyceum into a non-energy facility with a high degree of heat conservation, which will ensure the stable operation of the institution even with limited energy resources and significantly reduce the burden on the budget of the Satanivka community due to direct cost savings.

The relevance of the project is due to the threat of complete loss of water supply in settlements, the risk of disease spread, and the degradation of infrastructure facilities. If implemented, it is expected to provide a stable supply of high-quality drinking water, improve sanitary conditions, and improve the quality of life of the community.

The decrease in the water level in public wells is a problem for providing drinking water to the community population, which worsens their living conditions. The relevance of the project is due to the threat of complete loss of water supply in settlements, the risk of spreading diseases and degradation of infrastructure facilities. The solution to the problem is the new construction of water supply networks, water intake wells in the settlements of the community, the restoration, development and modernization of the centralized water supply and wastewater infrastructure, including the introduction of alternative energy sources.
