The purpose of the project is to completely reconstruct the drinking water supply and gravity sewer networks along Horkutsy Street in the village of Sataniv, Khmelnytskyi district.

To achieve this goal, a comprehensive engineering approach will be used: direct focus on construction work and the introduction of modern technology for laying double-layer corrugated pipes "KORSIS" for non-pressure sewage.

The existing gap between the current state and the target level is justified by the critical need to replace outdated infrastructure with a new one that meets the current standards of the KNU REKNb and REKNR. The current state is characterized by the lack of reliable networks, while the target level provides for full automation of quality control through technical supervision and author's supervision.

The main goal of the project is to create a modern, safe and accessible department of inpatient care and temporary stay, namely, to create a comfortable and safe environment for service recipients, increase the accessibility of services for people with special needs, provide modern equipment and furniture, and increase the professional level of staff. Methods of achievement: reconstruction of the building, organization of functional areas, purchase of modern equipment and furniture, implementation of quality care standards. The purpose of the project is to provide secondary education institutions with modern teaching aids and equipment to create appropriate conditions for the implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" reform and improve the quality of the educational process.

Justification of the gap - the existing material and technical base of educational institutions is outdated and does not meet the requirements of the National School of Ukraine, which is due to limited funding in previous years; the implementation of the project will allow to eliminate this gap and achieve the target level of provision.

The project aims to radically modernize the transport system of the northwestern part of the village of Sataniv to create a safe, inclusive and sustainable infrastructure environment. The project aims to restore direct connections between residential areas and resort areas, eliminate the threat of flooding of private homes and ensure comfortable travel for residents and tourists.

The justification for the gap between the current state and the target level is based on the critical mismatch of the existing infrastructure with the needs of the community. Currently, there is complete degradation of the road surface, which blocks the development of tourist logistics, and the lack of drainage, which leads to the destruction of the foundations of residents' houses. The existing gap is the transition from an emergency and dangerous state, which requires constant costs for repairs, to a managed and reliable system that guarantees the preservation of citizens' property, pedestrian safety, and unhindered access of all types of transport to the village's recreational facilities.

The main objective of this public investment project is to fully restore the structural integrity and safety of the bridge structure to ensure uninterrupted social and transport communication in the community, which primarily guarantees safe daily transportation of students to secondary education institutions. This goal will be achieved through the comprehensive implementation of engineering and infrastructure solutions, namely: major repairs of load-bearing supports, replacement of defective reinforced concrete beams, widening of the carriageway to meet modern standards, arrangement of separate sidewalk areas with protective fencing and installation of an external autonomous lighting system. The justification for the gap between the current state and the target level is based on a technical conclusion on the facility's emergency status: the existing structure has critical cracks in the main beams and corrosion of the reinforcement, which creates a real threat of collapse under the weight of the school bus. The current safety level is assessed as critical, which forces the introduction of restrictions on load capacity and speed, while the target level provides for the complete elimination of accidents, compliance of the bridge with the requirements of the State Construction Standards (DBN) regarding loads and ensuring barrier-free access for pedestrians. Thus, the implementation of the project will allow the transition from the regime of "emergency restriction of operation" to "guaranteed safety and long-term stability", which will make transport isolation of residents impossible and ensure the stability of the educational process.

The purpose of the public investment project is to fully restore the structural integrity and architectural authenticity of the monument of national importance "Castle of the 14th–16th centuries" in the village of Sataniv for its transformation into a multifunctional museum complex, which will become an economic and cultural center of the community. The main task is to transition from a strategy of passive observation of destruction to active management of cultural heritage, where the castle acts not as an emergency ruin, but as a safe building with solid walls, installed windows and doors, suitable for year-round operation.

The methods of achieving the goal during the implementation of the project include the use of a complex of scientific, restoration and engineering methods. First of all, work will be carried out to inject cracks and strengthen the foundations to stabilize the structures, after which the restoration of the masonry of the walls will begin using authentic limestone and special mortars. An important stage is the filling of window and door openings with protective structures that correspond to the historical appearance of the castle, to create a sealed internal space necessary for the functioning of the museum. In addition, the project provides for the installation of autonomous lighting and heating systems, the arrangement of observation decks and interactive exhibition halls, as well as the improvement of the surrounding area with the organization of safe entrances and pedestrian routes.

The justification for the gap between the current state and the target level is based on the critical inconsistency of the existing infrastructure with safety requirements and the needs of the economic development of the community. Today, the castle is in a state of emergency: due to the absence of windows and doors, the interior premises are subject to the destructive effects of precipitation, and the loose masonry of the walls creates a direct threat to the lives of visitors, which makes the object virtually inaccessible for organized tourism. The target level involves transforming a neglected monument into a full-fledged investment asset, where the lack of basic amenities today is replaced by modern museum infrastructure tomorrow. Bridging this gap is vital, as delay leads to the irreversible loss of authentic elements of the building, while the implementation of the project will allow the Satanivska community to capitalize on its historical heritage, ensuring the creation of new jobs and a stable inflow of funds to the local budget.

Project Goal The main goal of the project is to completely overcome the transport isolation of children with special educational needs by creating a barrier-free chain between the place of residence and the educational institution. The project is aimed at ensuring equal starting opportunities for each student, regardless of their physical condition, which allows them to realize the right to quality full-time education, socialization in the team and access to specialized assistance from psychologists and speech therapists who work directly in the inclusive space of the lyceum.

Methods of achieving the goal The goal is achieved through direct investment in the renewal of the community's vehicle fleet with a specialized transport unit that is technically adapted for transporting people with reduced mobility. The chosen path involves conducting open competitive bidding to select a supplier of a certified bus equipped with a mechanized lift and wheelchair stabilization systems. In parallel with the procurement, an organizational algorithm is being implemented, which includes the development of optimized "door-to-door" routes, where the child's time on the road is minimized, as well as training staff in the rules for operating auxiliary equipment and providing accompanying assistance.

The purpose of the project is to modernize the building to bring it into line with modern standards for administrative premises. Methods of achievement: optimization of the layout of the premises for the effective work of staff and the convenience of visitors (modernization of engineering systems (heating, ventilation, lighting) using energy-efficient technologies; ensuring safety and accessibility for people with disabilities); updating the facade and interior spaces in accordance with modern standards. Justification of the gap: the current building is outdated, has limited functionality, low energy efficiency and is not safe enough. The project will bring the building to a modern state, improve the comfort and efficiency of the department, and also ensure the proper level of service to citizens.

The technological equipment of the catering unit has not been updated for the past 30 years and does not allow the use of modern cooking technologies and ensuring compliance with the principles of the system of analysis of hazardous factors and control at critical points. The purchase of equipment will make it possible to update the technological equipment and improve food safety conditions in the institution.

The goal of the project is to ensure stable and high-quality water supply to residents of Dunaivtsi by reconstructing an outdated network that has been in operation for over 52 years and is in an emergency state. This involves replacing steel pipes with modern polyethylene ones, installing new wells and connection points, which will reduce water losses, minimize emergencies and environmental risks. The gap between the current state and the target level is the transition from a worn-out, unreliable system to a modernized infrastructure that meets modern requirements, has a service life of over 50 years and provides comfort and safety for the population.

The goal of the project is to create a safe, accessible and modern space for active leisure, development of physical culture and health promotion of children and youth of the Dunayevets territorial community by overhauling the adjacent territory of Dunayevets Lyceum No. 3 and arranging a skate park there. The implementation of the project is aimed at increasing the level of physical activity of students and youth, preventing bad habits, developing sports skills, creating conditions for informal communication and social integration.
