As a result of a missile strike by the Russian Federation, the building of the Yarmolyntsi preschool education institution No. 3 “Dzvinochok” was damaged at the address: Khmelnytsky region, Yarmolyntsi village, Yaroslava Bilousa st. 24 A.

Reconstruction of the non-residential building of the offset shop for office, administrative premises, premises of the exhibition hall, workshop and catering establishment (business center), Polsky Rynok Square, 2

The project aims to stimulate the sustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses in the community by investing in physical and intangible infrastructure, creating a favorable business environment for the creative, tourism and agricultural sectors, introducing innovations and digital technologies, developing business networks and clusters, as well as attracting investments and promoting the region as an attractive center for business and tourism.
To achieve this goal, the project implements a set of investment and organizational measures, including:
-Development of physical infrastructure (reconstruction of the dilapidated building of the former printing house in the historic center of the city; arrangement of a multifunctional space: coworking, conference rooms, art studios, tourist information center, library-cafe and local goods store)
- Creation of digital services and innovative tools (launch of an online marketplace for selling products of local producers; creation of information and analytical portals for tourism, agro-processing, maps of vacant lands)
- Educational and consulting programs (conducting business trainings, master classes, internships, study visits; providing consultations on legal, financial and marketing issues; development of innovative entrepreneurship and digital competencies)
- Development of business networks and clusters (creation and support of tourism, agro-processing and creative clusters; organization of forums, exhibitions, fairs, business meetings and Maker Faire; formation of new partnerships and joint products in priority sectors)
- Marketing and promotion of the community (conducting advertising campaigns and developing tourist packages; forming a positive investment image of the community at the national and international levels)
Today, the Kamianets-Podilskyi community lacks a modern economic development center that would provide comprehensive support for entrepreneurs, creative industries and tourism businesses. The existing infrastructure does not meet modern requirements: the building of the former printing house is in a state of emergency (4th category of technical condition), which makes it impossible to use it without reconstruction; there is a lack of digital services for promoting local products and investing; entrepreneurs do not have access to regular training, mentoring and business analytics; there are no effective platforms for combining businesses into clusters and establishing value-added chains.
The implementation of the project will bridge this gap, ensuring a transition from a fragmented and outdated infrastructure to an innovative ecosystem of business development and investment, which will increase the investment attractiveness of the community, contribute to the creation of new jobs and the growth of the local budget.
