The goal of the project is to ensure full energy sustainability, security, and uninterrupted operation of the Zakupnensky Lyceum in conditions of unstable operation of centralized power grids, as well as optimize local budget expenditures on energy through the implementation of innovative "green" energy technologies.

The goal of the veterans' space construction project is to create an inclusive multifunctional center for comprehensive support of veterans, their family members, and the families of the deceased by providing a wide range of services. This includes psychological, legal, educational, and physical education and sports assistance, as well as support for veteran entrepreneurship and creating conditions for reintegration into civilian life.

The project's goal is to increase the level of compliance of the solid waste landfill located outside the village of Stara Synyava, Khmelnytskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region, with modern requirements and standards in the field of waste management, environmental and sanitary safety. The goal is to achieve this by reconstructing the landfill, arranging and improving its engineering infrastructure, implementing the necessary measures to protect soil and water resources, organizing proper wastewater disposal and control, ensuring the safe operation of the facility and reducing the negative impact on the environment. The existing gap is that the existing landfill does not meet modern requirements for the arrangement and operation of waste disposal facilities, which creates risks of negative impact on the environment and the sanitary condition of the territory. The target level is the functioning of the reconstructed landfill in accordance with the established regulatory requirements, with an appropriate level of environmental and sanitary safety, controlled waste disposal and minimization of negative impact on the environment.

The purpose of the project is to improve the technical condition, safety and energy efficiency of the administrative building of the Center for Social Services and create appropriate conditions for the work of employees and the provision of social services. To achieve the goal, it is planned to insulate the facade, repair the roof, replace windows and doors and carry out necessary repair work. The existing gap is due to the physical wear and tear of the building, insufficient thermal insulation, wear and tear of the roof, windows and doors. After the project is implemented, the building will meet modern requirements for safety, comfort and energy efficiency.

The goal of the project is to increase the energy independence and efficiency of the utility company by installing a solar power plant (solar panels) to produce electricity from a renewable source.

The purpose of the project is to carry out a major overhaul of the administrative premises of the municipal enterprise to create proper, safe and comfortable working conditions for employees, improve the quality of service to the population and increase the efficiency of the enterprise. The project envisages the renovation and restoration of premises, engineering networks, interior decoration and other elements of the building that are in unsatisfactory condition. The implementation of the project will contribute to the extension of the building's service life, increase its energy efficiency, accessibility and compliance with modern requirements.

Detailing the project goal, methods for achieving it, and substantiating the gap between the current and target state The goal of the project is to provide the Social Services Center of the Starosynyavska Village Council with a modern, reliable, and safe vehicle to organize timely and high-quality provision of social services to residents of the Starosynyavska territorial community, including the elderly, people with disabilities, families in difficult life circumstances, veterans and their family members, internally displaced persons, and other vulnerable categories of the population. To achieve the goal, it is planned to purchase a passenger car that will be used by the Center's employees to visit recipients of social services, provide social services at their place of residence, provide social support, assess needs, conduct social work in the community's settlements, deliver necessary tools and materials, and promptly respond to citizens' requests. The vehicle will allow: to ensure the mobility of social workers and other specialists of the Center; reduce travel time to recipients of social services; ensure regular trips to remote settlements of the community; increase the accessibility of social services for low-mobility and vulnerable categories of the population; ensure timely response to crisis situations and urgent needs of recipients of services; improve the organization of the work of mobile social services and social support; provide appropriate conditions for the Center's employees to perform their official tasks. The existing gap between the current and target state is the insufficient provision of the Center with vehicles to perform a significant amount of field social work in the community. The existing car is physically and morally outdated, has a significant service life and requires additional costs for maintenance and repair. Its technical condition and operational capabilities do not provide proper reliability and efficiency during field trips. The large territory of the community, the remoteness of individual settlements and the need to regularly visit recipients of social services create the need for a reliable vehicle. The lack of sufficient transport provision limits the ability of the Center's employees to provide social services to all persons in need in a timely manner, and may lead to postponement of visits and assistance. The target state is to provide the Center with a serviceable and modern passenger car, which will allow employees to make regular and prompt visits to recipients of social services throughout the community. As a result of the project, it is expected to increase the accessibility, efficiency and quality of social services, increase the coverage of recipients of services by field social work, reduce the response time to citizens' appeals, and create appropriate conditions for the Center's employees to effectively perform their functions.

The goal of the project is to create a modern, safe and accessible recreational area near the Ikva River in the village of Stara Synyava, which will provide community residents and visitors with appropriate conditions for rest, leisure, communication and active leisure. To achieve the goal, comprehensive improvement of the coastal area is planned: arrangement of pedestrian paths and recreation areas, installation of benches, bins, lighting, decorative elements, landscaping of the area, arrangement of gazebos and other elements of improvement, as well as creation of safe access to the recreational area. The existing gap is that today the coastal area of the Ikva River does not have a sufficient level of improvement, arranged places for recreation, comfortable pedestrian infrastructure and necessary elements of safety and accessibility. This limits the possibilities of its full use by the population and reduces the recreational and tourist attractiveness of the village. The target level is the creation of a well-organized public space with proper landscaping, landscaping, lighting, and places for recreation, accessible to different categories of the population. The implementation of the project will eliminate the existing infrastructure gap, improve the quality of public space and the comfort of living of residents of the Starosynyavska community.

The project aims to improve the quality and efficiency of services for pumping, transporting and disposing of liquid household waste and wastewater in the community by purchasing a modern sewage truck. The implementation of the project will allow the municipal enterprise to provide the appropriate technical equipment for performing sanitary cleaning work in the community, servicing private households, apartment buildings, budget institutions, enterprises and other facilities that do not have the ability to independently discharge wastewater. The purchase of a specialized vehicle will contribute to a timely response to requests from the population and legal entities, reducing the time required for work, improving worker safety and sanitary and hygienic conditions, as well as reducing the risks of unauthorized discharge of wastewater and environmental pollution. The project is also aimed at reducing the enterprise's dependence on outdated or insufficient specialized equipment, optimizing costs for operation and maintenance of vehicles, increasing the efficiency of the municipal service and ensuring its ability to perform the required volume of work.

The goal of the project is to improve the state of public infrastructure and create a modern space for leisure and recreation for residents of the village of Stara Synyava. The implementation involves landscaping the territory, landscaping, arranging paths and coverings, installing lighting, benches, bins, children's and sports grounds, as well as a stage for cultural events. The goal is achieved through a comprehensive approach: from preparatory work and dismantling of old elements to the implementation of new infrastructure solutions that meet modern standards.
