Purchase of a JCB 3CX excavator for the Starosynyavskyi Central Economic Zone No. 1 of the Starosynyavskyi Village Council

The project's goal is to improve the community's infrastructure and improve the quality of services provided by the utility through the purchase of a JCB 3CX Contractor universal backhoe loader. The existing gap is the lack of modern multifunctional equipment, which forces the company to use rental or outdated machines that do not meet modern efficiency and safety standards. The implementation of the project will allow for the implementation of earthmoving, loading, utility and emergency repair work by its own forces, reduce equipment rental costs and increase the efficiency of responding to the needs of the community, which will ultimately contribute to sustainable development and improve the quality of life of residents.

Energy security and sustainability of critical community infrastructure through the implementation of cogeneration technologies and the development of electrical networks

The project is aimed at creating a reliable, autonomous and energy-efficient energy supply system for the critical infrastructure of the community by installing cogeneration units (CGU) with a capacity of 2 MW at one of the city boiler houses and gradually connecting them to its key municipal facilities. The implementation of the project will allow the formation of a local energy cluster ("energy island"), which will ensure stable heat and electricity supply during peak loads or emergency situations in external networks. The main tasks of the system project include the installation and integration of a cogeneration unit into the heat supply of the boiler house; use of the generated heat for heating a residential area adjacent to the boiler house, which will increase overall efficiency and reduce the cost of heat energy production; directing the generated electricity to power critical infrastructure facilities of the community (boiler houses, water utility, city hospital), and later - other budget institutions; construction and modernization of its own electrical networks to ensure flexible and safe energy distribution; creation of technical conditions for expanding the energy "island" and connecting new consumers in the future. The project is being implemented in stages, taking into account the technical and financial system of works. A number of prepared steps are already in place, which form the basis for further implementation: a feasibility study (FEO) has been developed in cooperation with the Association of Housing and Utilities Energy Auditors, which confirmed the feasibility of installing a CHP and determined the basic parameters of the project; a preliminary connection scheme and the formation of an energy island have been developed, which allows localizing critical facilities and providing them with backup power in the event of a disconnection from external networks; an audit of energy consumption by the main community institutions (boiler houses, hospital, water utility) has been conducted, which made it possible to take advantage of the need and priority of connection; preparation of technical conditions for laying new cable lines and modernization of existing networks has begun. Further implementation of the project involves the development of design and estimate documentation, procurement procedures, installation and commissioning, as well as the phased connection of facilities to the newly created energy hub. This approach will ensure increased energy security, sustainability, and efficiency of the community's critical infrastructure, especially in the autumn-winter period and in conditions of possible crisis scenarios.

Construction of a shelter on the territory of the Starosynyavska Multidisciplinary Hospital

The goal of the project is to create a modern protective shelter on the territory of the Starosynyavska Multi-Profile Hospital, which will ensure the proper level of safety of patients, medical staff and hospital visitors during air raids and other emergencies. The goal is to be achieved by building a separate protective shelter with the necessary engineering systems and equipment, in particular ventilation, power supply and backup power supply, lighting, water supply, drainage, heating, communications and fire safety systems. The design solutions will provide barrier-free access and the possibility of safe stay for all categories of the population, including people with disabilities and other groups with reduced mobility. The implementation of the project will eliminate the existing shortage of adequate protective space on the territory of the medical institution, increase the hospital's resilience to emergencies and ensure the continuity of medical care in conditions of security threats.

Reconstruction and equipping of the clinical and diagnostic laboratory of the Starosyniavska Multidisciplinary Hospital

The current state of the clinical diagnostic laboratory and its material and technical support does not fully meet modern requirements for the organization of laboratory diagnostics, sanitary and hygienic conditions, occupational safety and the effectiveness of the use of modern technologies. There is a gap between the actual state of the laboratory infrastructure and the target level necessary to ensure high-quality, fast and accessible diagnostics for the population. Overcoming this gap requires a comprehensive approach - simultaneous renovation of premises, engineering systems and laboratory equipment. As a result of the project, a modern functional environment for laboratory research will be created, working conditions for personnel will be improved, the manufacturability and efficiency of laboratory processes will be increased, and access to necessary diagnostic services directly in the community will be expanded. The reconstruction and equipping of the laboratory will contribute to the timely detection of diseases, the establishment and clarification of diagnoses, control of the course of diseases and the effectiveness of treatment.

Major renovation of the facade of the educational institution at 59 Hrushevskoho St., Stara Synyava village

The implementation of the project by the building area includes the following technological stages: Facade insulation: with modern thermal insulation materials (mineral wool or polystyrene foam of appropriate thickness) followed by the application of a reinforcing layer and decorative plaster. Thermal modernization of the mountain ceiling: Since a significant part of the heat is lost through the roof, it is planned to lay a layer of insulation in the attic with the arrangement of vapor and waterproofing. Arrangement of an insulated basement: Protection of the foundation from freezing and moisture by installing extruded polystyrene foam below and above ground level. Replacement of windows: Installation of new energy-efficient metal-plastic double-glazed windows in places where old structures do not provide tightness. Related works: Restoration of slopes, replacement of ebbs and arrangement of a blind area around the building for rainwater drainage.
