The goal of the project is to transform Starosynyavskyi ZDO No. 1 "Zernyatko" into a technologically modern facility with a high level of energy efficiency. Thanks to the introduction of solar generation, the institution is switching to a model of "smart" energy consumption. The project is aimed at bringing learning conditions up to EU safety and comfort standards. Modernization of the infrastructure of the preschool institution increases its competitiveness and provides equal access to modern technologies for students in rural areas. To achieve the set goals, a technical inspection of the roof of the institution has already been carried out and the development of design and estimate documentation, technological re-equipment, integration into the network, and the implementation of a consumption control system are planned, which will allow the institution's staff to use their own energy as efficiently as possible during peak solar radiation hours.

The implementation of the project is aimed at completely updating the space and equipment to ensure high-quality and safe nutrition for pupils. The project is extremely useful for ensuring high-quality and safe nutrition in Starosynyavsky ZDO No. 1 "Zernyatko". Today, the premises of the catering unit are outdated and do not comply with the principles of the HACCP system, which is mandatory for public catering establishments. The implementation of the project will allow bringing the infrastructure into line with the norm established by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 24.03.2021 No. 305 "On Approval of the Norm and Procedure for Organizing Catering in Educational Institutions and Children's Health and Recreation Institutions".

The goal of the project is to increase the level of fire safety by installing a modern automated fire alarm system and a fire notification system. This allows for timely identification of hotspots, prompt notification of participants in the educational process about the danger, and ensure quick and safe evacuation. To achieve the goal, the following main measures are provided: development and implementation of project solutions for major repairs, including the installation of fire detectors, receiving and control power supplies, network and notification systems; electrical communications in accordance with state building codes; adjustment and commissioning of the system after completion of commissioning work; ensuring maintenance of the installed equipment. Current status: the school premises do not have any fire alarm and notification system, which does not meet the requirements of current regulations and poses a threat to the safety of children and staff in cases of emergency. Target level: after the implementation of the facility, the institution will be equipped with a full-fledged automated fire alarm and notification system, which will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, increase the safety of all users of the facility, and contribute to the creation of a safe educational environment.

The goal of the project is to provide the Starosynyavskyi Primary Health Care Center of the Starosynyavskyi Village Council with an appropriate vehicle to perform official tasks and increase the availability of primary health care for the community population. The goal is to achieve this by purchasing a car that will be used for medical workers to visit patients, including those who, due to their health, age or other circumstances, are unable to visit a health care facility on their own, as well as to serve residents of remote settlements in the community. The current level of transport does not fully meet the needs of the facility and the scope of tasks related to providing medical care in the community. The lack of sufficient transport resources may limit the efficiency of medical workers' visits and create additional difficulties in ensuring access to medical services for certain categories of the population. Purchasing a car will increase the mobility of medical personnel, reduce the time for organizing visits, improve patient service at their place of residence, and ensure more equal access for community residents to primary health care.

The goal will be achieved by carrying out major repairs and modernization of fire protection systems in the medical building No. 1 of the Starosyniavskyi Central Primary Health Care Center, Adampol, Novosynyavskyi and Pasichnyanskaya AZPSM. This will eliminate non-compliance with fire safety requirements, increase the level of protection of patients and staff, and ensure safe evacuation.

The goal of the project is to reconstruct the infectious diseases department of the Starosyniavska Multi-Profile Hospital to create modern, safe, accessible and functionally effective conditions for providing medical care to patients with infectious diseases. The goal is to be achieved by reconstructing the premises, updating engineering networks, improving sanitary and hygienic conditions, ensuring the necessary functional zoning, barrier-free access, energy efficiency and proper conditions for the work of medical personnel. The implementation of the project will eliminate the inconsistency of the existing infrastructure with modern requirements for the organization of infectious care, improve the quality and safety of medical services and ensure proper conditions for the stay of patients and the work of personnel.

To ensure high-quality, modern and accessible education, the premises will be renovated in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science and purchase equipment for science classrooms as part of the implementation of the "New Ukrainian School" school reform. The project will result in the renovation of classrooms, improved learning conditions and access for students to modern equipment, which is currently lacking, which makes it impossible to ensure the educational process at the level of modern standards.

The goal of the project is to create a modern inclusive space for children and adults that combines play, education, ecology and innovation. The site will promote the development of STEAM skills (science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics) through interactive elements accessible to all age groups and people with disabilities. Achieving the goal involves the arrangement of five thematic zones - Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics, as well as additional educational and ecological spaces: Eco-Hub for waste recycling, Sports and Community Zone and Tree House with safety nets. The implementation will be carried out with the involvement of the community, local entrepreneurs and volunteers, the use of sustainable materials and energy-efficient solutions.

The purpose of the project is to improve the technical condition and energy efficiency of the administrative building of the Starosynyavska Village Council by insulating the facade, repairing the roof and performing other necessary repair work. The implementation of the measures will allow to eliminate existing defects in the building, reduce heat consumption and maintenance costs. The existing gap lies in the unsatisfactory technical and energy-efficient condition of individual structural elements of the building, which do not meet modern requirements

The project objective will be achieved through the construction and commissioning of a generator station on the territory of the Starosinyavska Multi-Profile Hospital. The generator station will provide backup power supply to critical consumers of the facility in the event of interruptions or lack of centralized power supply. This will allow maintaining the operation of medical equipment, lighting, ventilation, water supply, heating and other systems necessary for the functioning of the hospital. The implementation of the project will eliminate the existing gap between the facility's need for guaranteed power supply and the insufficient reliability of the external power grid.
