To ensure reliable, uninterrupted and high-quality water supply to residents of Chornovola Street by carrying out major repairs to the water supply network, including replacing damaged and worn-out pipes, updating fittings and increasing the overall efficiency of the water supply system

The project's goal is to improve the quality of catering services at the Starosynyavsky Lyceum by completely modernizing the catering unit, ensuring safe cooking conditions, proper sanitation, and implementing modern technological processes.
To achieve this goal, a set of measures is planned: major repairs to the premises, updating engineering networks, installing energy-efficient and technologically modern kitchen equipment, optimizing planning solutions in accordance with the requirements of sanitary norms and safety standards. A more rational organization of work areas will also be implemented, which will increase staff productivity and the stability of the quality of dishes.
The existing gap between the current and target levels is that the current catering unit is technically and physically worn out, the equipment is outdated, and the premises do not provide proper hygiene and safety. This complicates the preparation of full-fledged and healthy dishes, hinders the implementation of modern school nutrition standards, and negatively affects the quality of services. Modernization will eliminate these shortcomings and move to a qualitatively new level of student nutrition.

The purpose of implementing this project is:
- ensuring uninterrupted access of preschool children to educational services;
- ensuring a safe educational process for preschool children and preschool education institution employees.

The overhaul of the building of the physiotherapy department for rehabilitation involves the complete reconstruction and modernization of existing premises in order to increase the level of medical services, provide modern rehabilitation equipment to create comfortable conditions for patients. The department will specialize in physical rehabilitation of people with disabilities, children with disabilities, children under 18 years of age with musculoskeletal problems. The implementation of this project is extremely important for people with disabilities as a result of war, participants in hostilities for high-quality and effective rehabilitation treatment in today's conditions.

The project involves installing a solar power plant for Chemerovets Lyceum No. 2 in order to achieve 100% coverage of the institution's electricity needs. Currently, the lyceum consumes 19,034 kWh annually for about UAH 202.3 thousand, which is a significant burden on the community budget. The implementation of the project will allow for complete elimination of electricity costs and ensure uninterrupted educational processes even during outages in centralized networks. Over 5 years, the savings will amount to over UAH 1.2 million, and each subsequent year the benefit will grow along with the increase in tariffs. Surplus electricity can be transferred to the network or used for other community facilities. In addition to economic benefits, the project will reduce CO₂ emissions, contribute to climate goals, and allow students to get acquainted with modern energy-saving technologies in practice.

The purpose of a roof overhaul is to restore and improve its performance characteristics, eliminate physical wear and tear, and extend the life of the roof by replacing the waterproofing and roofing.

Providing high-quality, modern and accessible general secondary education "New Ukrainian School"

Ensuring sustainable spatial and socio-economic development of the village of Trebukhovtsi, Medzhybizh TG by restoring the transport and operational indicators of Hryhoriia Yarusha Street.
Carrying out major repairs of 2.5 km of road surface with bringing its parameters to the regulatory requirements of DBN V.2.3-5:2018 "Streets and roads of settlements" (restoration of evenness, roughness and bearing capacity).
Eliminating infrastructure inequality and ensuring guaranteed access of residents to basic public services (medicine, education, administrative services) regardless of weather conditions.
Minimizing the risks of road accidents caused by the unsatisfactory condition of the road surface and ensuring pedestrian safety.
To achieve the set goal, a set of technical and organizational measures will be applied: organizational and legal measures (development of a road construction plan, holding a tender); technical (construction) measures (preparatory work, excavation and foundation construction, pavement construction, drainage, landscaping measures).
The existing gap between the current and target state is characterized as critical. Without the implementation of the project, further operation of the road will lead to its complete impassability, which will cause transport isolation of households on Hryhoriya Yarusha Street and will require significantly larger capital investments in the future to restore it from the "zero cycle".

Rykhtiv Gymnasium needs to modernize its material and technical base to implement the New Ukrainian School (NUS) reform. The main goal is to improve the quality of the educational process by introducing innovative technologies, developing the digital competence of students and teachers, and ensuring comfortable and safe learning conditions.
The goal of the project is to equip 1 classroom (9 students) with interactive means (panels and multimedia, teaching aids and equipment) to ensure high-quality, modern and accessible education, in accordance with the requirements of the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education.
Interactive panels and multifunctional devices will contribute to the intensification of learning, improving the quality of education, reducing teacher training time and creating a digital inclusive environment.
Implementation of the principles of the New Ukrainian School: child-centeredness, partnership, integrated learning.
Main tasks:
 Equipping classrooms with modern equipment for the effective use of interactive and multimedia technologies.
 Support for distance and blended learning through the use of digital devices.
 Improvement of the material and technical base of the lyceum to implement a competency-based approach to learning.
Procurement within the framework of the project
1. Interactive panels
Intended for use during lessons, provide interactive interaction between the teacher and students, the ability to demonstrate educational content, use electronic textbooks, conduct interactive exercises, contribute to the development of critical thinking, communication and creativity of students.
2. Multifunctional devices (MFPs)
Provide printing, copying and scanning of educational materials necessary for organizing the educational process, are used to prepare didactic materials, test tasks, handouts for students.
3. Educational equipment
Includes technical equipment necessary for conducting laboratory work, experiments, demonstrations in natural and mathematical disciplines. Increases the practical orientation of learning, develops research skills in students.

The implementation of the project will contribute to the formation of an environment in which learning will be interesting, modern and practically oriented. Students will be able to more effectively acquire knowledge, and teachers will be able to apply innovative methods and digital resources in their daily work.
