Major repairs of centralized water supply in the village of Kitaygorod
The problem the program aims to solve
In the village of Kitaygorod, the centralized water supply system is in a dilapidated state: a significant part of the pipelines are physically and morally obsolete, accidents, leaks and pressure interruptions often occur. This creates risks for the stable supply of drinking water to all households and social facilities. The problem is especially acute in the Kitaygorod Lyceum named after Olga Boreyko, where unstable water supply negatively affects sanitary conditions, the catering unit and the general comfort of children and employees.
The scale and consequences of the problem:
• regular water outages in parts of the village;
• high accident rate and increased costs for emergency repairs;
• deterioration of water quality due to worn pipes;
• risks to the health of residents and students;
• inability of social institutions, in particular the Lyceum, to operate stably;
• gradual increase in community costs due to water losses and network inefficiency.
Why the investment approach is appropriate and effective
Investments in major repairs allow us not to “patch” the consequences of the problem, but to eliminate its cause — wear and tear and technical inoperability of networks. This approach is the most effective because:
• instead of constant emergency repairs, the community receives a modern, reliable and economical infrastructure;
• one-time investments give a long-term effect for decades;
• the modernized system reduces water losses and costs for its supply;
• the quality and stability of water supply improves, which directly affects the health of the population and proper conditions in the lyceum;
• the investment project is a strategic decision that ensures sustainable development of the community.

Major renovation of the premises of the building of the medical and health complex "G-2" of the Out-of-town children's health and recreation institution "Chaika" of the Khmelnytskyi City Council at the address: Khmelnytskyi region, Khmelnytskyi district, village of Holovchyntsi, Pidlisna st., 4/1 with the implementation of energy efficiency measures
The goal of the project is to create modern, safe and energy-efficient conditions for the functioning of the medical and health complex "G-2" through a comprehensive overhaul of the building, redevelopment of the premises in accordance with functional needs and the introduction of a full cycle of engineering systems that the facility did not previously have. The goal will be achieved by implementing architectural and construction works, arranging internal water supply and sewage networks, installing a new modular heating and hot water supply system, which is being installed for the first time due to the complete absence of heating, arranging ventilation, modernizing electrical networks, installing an automatic fire alarm system, a centralized fire surveillance system and a people evacuation control system. The current condition of the building is characterized by significant physical deterioration of structures, the absence of any heat engineering systems, non-compliance with energy efficiency requirements, sanitary and fire safety standards, as well as irrational planning, which limits the possibility of its use for its intended purpose. The target state involves the creation of a completely renovated, energy-efficient, safe and functional facility, equipped with modern engineering networks, rational planning and a high level of comfort, which will ensure effective and long-term operation of the complex.
